Worth the wait
There was a delay with my order and once I’d emailed I received a prompt response and update on my order with a choice of options on how I could proceed. (Chose another rug or wait and receive a goodwill discount) I was happy with the service and the rug when it arrived. It was clear when I ordered there would be along lead time but due to manufacturing issues it did take almost 4 months for it to arrive

I can’t recommend this company
Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the carpet; it turned out to be much lighter, thinner and simpler than I expected. Overpriced. Returns are subject to a fee and take a very long time. I have been waiting for money for more than a week now, and I returned the carpet in perfect condition, since I did not use it at all.

Ordered in January, it’s not April with no Rug and no return of emails.
No co fact number available.
Avoid at all costs

An order number and name was provided, I can see you’ve tried to ask trustpilot to remove the review. I have provided The order number, name, email and phone number as requested.
You have also replied to my email dispatching the item on the day the 1 star review was left. Rather convenient considering numerous members of my family tried to help my 82yr old grandmother previously to no avail.
Absolutely disgusting conduct.
Ignoring a customer in the hope you can keep the money and they go away.
