I found Homelife Mortgage doing a search for "bank statement loans". I reached out to many different brokers, banks, and lenders because of there is always an unknown waiting in the weeds being self-employed that could kill the loan. I submitted an inquiry and Darrin Seppinni called me back right away. He was very candid about my situation and felt strongly that he could get me a loan. I submitted all my docs and he went to work searching for the best fit and was able to secure what he promised in about a week. Yes I just did this past Tuesday and it was to someone I care very dearly about. I would recommend MR Seppolini and the very knowledgeable and unbelievable customer oriented staff he surrounds himself with, all top of the line professional, courteous, and down to earth individuals whom truly go above and beyond to get the best possible outcome for us, their clients. I Raymond Gannon and my wife of 48 years Dorothy whom have purchased, refinanced, and sold six homes - located in Haskel NJ - MIRA Mesa CA - Wayne NJ - Highland Lakes NJ - Little Egg Harbor NJ and our current home here in Portola Hills section of Lake Forest Orange County CA. The reason I and my wife are so impressed and satisfied with MR Seppolini and his outstanding organization is as follows. I am A veteran of the United States Army who served from 1964 thru 1967 and I had never in all the time prior to meeting MR Sepppolini used my VA benefits for anything whatsoever. After A tortures year of looking into refinancing our present home I could not come to an arrangement with any financial institutions in Orange County whom I had discussed refinancing my home with and there were many. They just could not provide me with A sensible reason why I would want to refinance, in other words they just did not understand my reason for wanting to refinance, after all this is A big decision to make and especially at our ages preparing to go into retirement. I actually gave up for A while. Then when I realized what I needed to get the refinance that would not only work for us then but also would allow us to live worry free now I decided to use my VA benefits and that is when I met MR seppolini and he took us thru every step, made the things we needed to happen ( HAPPEN ) to make our lives stable enough to begin to plan our retirements, in other words he saw and understood what the others had not, he saw my wife and I as two people who were unsure to say the least, about what was ahead of us and were we making the right decision. I am grateful to have this opportunity to let others who are going thru what we as far as our specific circumstance were experiencing at that time know, That in MR Seppolini all who come to know him will find much, MUCH more than A mortgage broker, they will find A man who truly cares about the needs of his clients and will do whatever is in his power to do, to help them make the right choices that are in their best interest and provide them with an answer to every question no matter how trivial it may appear to others, to him it is the most important question to his clients.
