We refinanced for the 5th or 6th time since owning our some. Some were to get funds out for remodeling and some were simply trying to get a better interest rate. Either way, we have never used another lender! Jayne and her team are the only ones we trust with our transactions. Jayne moves us through the process by updating us on a daily basis on what we need to do next and what is happening with our refi. We ONLY use Homelife Mortgage! After been given multiple broken promised, missed deadline and not closing on our home by another mortgage broker I gave Jayne a call on a Friday evening. We only had one shot to close this deal, and it needed to happen in three weeks. Immediately, Jayne understood the sense of urgency and started working on our approval. Darrin and his team at Homelife were great. They provided me with an incredible low rate and fees, that I couldn’t believe when comparing to other lenders I shopped with. My loan was for one of my investment properties and I didn’t have to provide any income documentation. It was fast and easy.

I was searching for a bank statement loan and that is where I learned of Homelife’s services via the internet. I was already under the gun with a home under contract and was working with another mortgage broker that surprised me with ridiculous fees and rates at the last minute. As a self employed small business owner I never thought I'd be able to get a home loan. I found Homelife Mortgage in an online search for a bank statement loan.

I contacted several different companies, but went with Homelife because Jayne responded right away and made the application process very easy. She made sure to communicate with me about what was needed to qualify, and worked tirelessly to overcome several obstacles that popped up.

I closed on my home today, ahead of schedule. What could have been a very stressful and complicated escrow, in the end closed very smoothly and I'm a very happy new home owner and customer!

I can't say enough about Darrin and Jayne during the entire process. About a year ago I was in search of bank statement loans due to self employment. The only lender I could find was out of Jersey.

Fast forward to us falling in love with a property in December. We had no pre-approval, and really had no idea if we could get approved based on our unique circumstances. I found two places, one in San Diego, and then Darrin at Homelife.

I based our decision to go with Homelife entirely on Darrin's communication. Darrin understood my schedule and was always extremely prompt and to the point with any requests or questions.

He was able to get us a pre-approval letter within 3 days and we went into a 45 day escrow to give ourselves a little breathing room. Darrin and Jayne were incredibly efficient and able to get the loan closed 12 days early based entirely on bank statements.

I've done at least 8 home loans in the past. Never as self-employed/bank statement only. I was reluctant to sell my house and very nervous about qualifying. Despite a great credit score and money in the bank I still had anxiety since my tax returns did not reflect all of my income. I put an offer on a house and I had started the process with another broker. His initial start made me certain this would not go well, so I decided to drop him to meet the terms of the purchase contract.
I found HomeLife thru Google, of all things, and gave it a try.
Darrin answered the phone and he and Jayne were great. Took all my info, asked for initial docs from me (standard stuff...ID, bank statements, etc.). Everything was turned over to their Loan Processor, Kathy, and it all went surprisingly smoothly.
I was constantly in contact, informed thruout the process and closed within 42 days, if I remember correctly.
Bottomline, I passed their name on to friends. Something I would never do had there been any hiccups.

I'd definitely recommend Jayne Seppinni and Homelife Mortgage. Because we are self-employed, we needed to get a bank statement loan for our refinance.
