Stay away! They sell counterfeit items from china. They sent me the wrong hoodie, reached out to have it exchanged for the right one, I get told it will be $50 to ship it back to China, or I can keep the wrong hoodie they sent and receive 25% back from my purchase.

Purchasing a jacket for my daughter with HITT Jacket was the most positive on-line experience I ever had. HITT was quick to email me right back with response to my questions, and they kept in contact with me with any updates on my special order. I ordered the Taylor Swift jacket, and the quality was impeccable ...I've never been so impressed with the detail and weight of the item, it was VERY well made. The price was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper from any other site with a similar jacket.
I was so impressed with the EXCELLENT customer service!!! Outstanding!!!!

I am so happy with the way this company…
I am so happy with the way this company provides customer service. I worked with John who was amazing in helping me. Could have thrown me under the bus and moved on. Instead he hung in there with me. I needed a larger size. The quality of the jacket is more than I expected. Lastly, John deserves a raise!

The pants I received were way too big…
The pants I received were way too big for me and I was told it would cost me $80 to return them. They offered me $20 in refund on my account which I accepted because I'm sure that's all I can get. Avoid this company! Do not do business with them!

I purchased what was advertised as a…sherpa sweater
I purchased what was advertised as a sherpa sweater. It was to arrive in 8-10 working days. It took almost 30 days to receive the product, only to find out it was not at all like what was advertised. The material was not sherpa and it looked nothing like the photo on the website. Even though the company address on the website is from California, the sweater shipped from Pakistan. Unable to resolve my issue with the company, I had to get my credit card company involved as they were wanting me to just keep the product and only pay a reduced fee. Buyer beware.

Don’t bother with this company
I ordered & payed this company for a particular cardigan. Delivery time was given as 7-10 days.
Over 2 months later I have finally received my refund. This has only happened because I have threatened legal action.
It should not have gotten to that stage, customer service was poor with failed promises & unanswered emails.
