I was extremely satisfied when I received my jacket. I ordered it on 2/4/25 and received 2/28/25. I was satisfied with the response I received when it surpassed my original shipping date. It was worth the wait. The stitching and quality of the jacket I received is exquisite. I ordered a little larger to allow for further alteration if needed. I am very happy with the price I paid for such a well made item. Thanks so much! Would buy from this company again!

Scammers! All the Negative reviews are dead on. I read all the reviews and all the same lame excuses have been used all the way back to 2022. Today they told me they had to close their warehouse in Santa Barbara due to the fires in California and had to ship out of their overseas warehouse. (what a joke) They offered me a 15% discount all the way up to a 50% discount to keep the incorrectly sent product, of course the shipping and handling would cost me around $40 so I should keep the product and take the discount. I just filed a dispute with my CC company and turned it over to them to handle for me.

Wow the worst coat I have ever bought. The Hillary Duff fur coat looks nothing like the coat. It was not even fur it was a fuzzy material that was printed on. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for it and I payed $160. The worst part is they told me I could return it for $80. They wouldn’t give me a full refund. Worst company ever. Do not buy from this company.

Don’t use this place, products are from overseas companies, sent me totally wrong item, and to get a return or refund,good luck, they try to manipulate you in to keeping wrong product

I had an awful experience with this company.

My jacket took over a month to arrive, and only after multiple inquiries. It was eventually shipped from Pakistan, which was never mentioned before.

The worst part is the quality – absolutely terrible. The sleeves were way too long (about a hand-length too long), and the suede leather is beyond bad. It crumbles and sheds everywhere, leaving lint all over my clothes. I tried everything to stop the shedding, but nothing works. The material is just horrendous.

Returns are at your own expense, which is disappointing. They offered me a 20% refund instead – better than nothing, but still frustrating.

If you care about quality, do yourself a favor and avoid this shop!

All the materials were great and the clothing fit so well! thank you so much for a great product and I looked so Sharp in it! If you get the Maple Leafs Jacket and Suit you will love this and people will want to take pictures with you in it! Ahh it was amazing quality work and Loved Every inch of the material, including Pants and Jacket! Great Product !

Horrible company. It took a month to come in, it was made in Pakistan probably by slave labor. The jacket is a cheap knock off, nothing like the original Project Rock jacket I thought I was getting. Should have read the reviews first. The graphics on the jacket aren't even sown on correctly. Plus it came in the wrong size. How do you get the size wrong? Overall, I probably wouldn't be as upset if it at least would have come in the right size. The original Project Rock jacket is light like a wind breaker. This jacket is a heavier lined winter jacket. What a joke. Do not under any circumstances, order from these crooks.

Do not order from thesE people!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU A THING, STRING YOU A LONG AND BREAK EVERY PROMISE THEY MAKE.

Do not buy from these people. The merchandise is completely misleading and they with not give you a refund (even though they say they will). This place is a big lie/scam.

I could not be happier with the embroidered hoodie I purchased from Hit Jacket. Customer Service was great and answered all my questions before and after I ordered. The quality is exceptional. The hoodie embroidery was perfect. It took a little while to get, but be patient. Worth the wait.

I’m sure they are deleting my reviews because they suck. Terrible customer service. All they do is lie. Wayne Oliver. I’m going to keep sending these reviews until they do what they said they would. I’ll probably send them forever because they won’t even respond to me now. Terrible customer service.

I placed an order Jan 17th. I have sent several emails one said It would ship on Feb 5th and today is Feb 6th and it still says "processing" Will tell everyone on social media to NEVER EVER order from this SCAM company.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order. Ordered a shirt on December 27 and never received a confirmation email or order number until I emailed them dor or. Has been processing since then. After many false dates that they claimed it would be shipped they stopped responding until I threatened to contact my bank and BBB. Still have not had my money returned. Filed a dispute with bank. Stay away from this company!

My Hit Jacket Experance.At first I was apprehensive, fear gripped me because this was my first time ordering on line. My design was specified and designed exactly the way I asked.The Representative took my measurements and my jacket is as near perfect as can be expected.All my inquiries were addressed and my fears calmed day and night.

The so called "SWEATER" that I ordered is NO WAY A SWEATER!!! It was supposed to be a KNITTED sweater with gold stars on it. This is a polyester fabric with BROWN STARS!!! DEFINITELY not worth what I paid for it!! Now I have to see how I can return it. I would NOT purchase anything from this company!!!

This company is a scam! Avoid shopping with them. The company is in Pakistan, not in California. I ordered a sweater, a month and a half ago and I’m still waiting to receive it. When I call they say the item is ready to ship, but I’ve never received it. Ended up calling my cc company to issue a dispute against the charge.

Ordered something and have yet to receive it and inquiries as to why my order is still "processing" have gone unanswered. The number they have on their website does not pick up and just plays music. Don't order from here. I'm pretty sure I'll have initiate some action to get my money back.

I ordered a Denver Nuggets warmup jacket as a xmas gift. It came late and was the wrong size - XL - I ordered a Large. After much arguing, the sales rep said I would be issued a full refund in 24-28 hours. I never received a refund.

Do not waste your money or time. Ordered a jacket on December 2 was suppose to be a Christmas present, never arrived. Spoke with customer service numerous times and am constantly lied to. My order is still "processing " yeah right. I highly doubt I will ever see my jacket. Complete scam
Update.. as of January 9th still no jacket and still being lied to from the company on when my order will ship. This company ia a complete joke.
It is now January 18th, I have yet to receive the jacket I have ordered. This company is a total scam, don't waste your time. Also they don't like the negative reviews and 8 was told if I took it down they would send my order.
