Heatmiser saved the day!
My experience is two fold. I ordered 3No. accessory items for an existing heating system, which took a while to arrive. When they did arrive it turned out Heatmiser had posted the completely wrong items.
Fortunately, I rang Sharon on reception at Heatmiser, who very politely apologised and quickly sorted a new delivery to me on quicker postage. So thanks to Sharon, who saved the day, Heatmiser get 4 stars instead of 1 star…Make sure you buy Sharon a drink at the office Christmas party!

Best of all is reliability. I have personally used, and fitted for customers, a range of Heatmiser thermostats over the past 20 years or so.
