Always a Good Experience
Ive had a heat miser control system installed now for almost a year and it has evolved, ie. adding an air sensor to a room that wasn't controlled previously, an extra timer and a number of plugs for table lamps. Customer support is good and delivery of items is always prompt

Issue with one of my thermostats but…
Issue with one of my thermostats but completely unable to reach their Customer Service team, have called 3 times, waited for 35 minutes, 40 minutes and nearly an hour, left my phone number for a call back (no call back), emailed them twice and still no reply. So really cannot recommend at all.

Winter is here and once again the heating doesn’t work. Please take my advice and don’t buy this products. Underfloor heating wireless controller are the worst product in the world.
