Excellent service from first meeting Mr Rahim Mitha through to the end of the session.
Rahim greeted me with a confident smile and explained the whole process slowly and clearly. Great to see the before and after of both my ears ..they both were very blocked and after just 10 minutes they were both crystal clear.
I can’t recommend Rahim enough..
Excellent and highly recommended.
Thank you and see you in 2 years time.

I was seen promptly at my appointment time and firstly Rahim showed me via his camera exactly what my problem was.
He proceeded to carry out the procedure with care- l had no discomfort at all. Afterwards it was a real relief to be back to normal! I have used him before and will again when I need to

Easy to book, professional staff, extremely helpful in the booking process and phoned again to confirm in relation to my query. Rahim is very professional, confident and shows exceptional expertise. I would recommend to anyone, location is easy to park. Great service from the whole team.

Great experience and lovely setting. Rahim put me at ease and wax removal was carried out quickly and without pain / definitely recommend.

Great communication. Felt very welcomed and comfortable. Not stressful at all. Great service. Will definitely recommend.

A friendly efficient service. I felt safe in their hands.

Quick and easy experience, Rahim was very knowledgeable about the type of impressions my Son needed for his drumming ear protectors.
Would recommend these services for anyone needing help with any ear health.

I had ear wax removed. Rahim is very professional but also friendly. He kept me informed of what he was doing and showed via a screen how bad my ears were and after the session showed my cleaned ears.
I am going back to have a proper hearing test. I would definitely recommend using the hearing health hub at Blakelands.

Second visit/use of Hearing Health Hub.
Service (ear wax removal) is consistently excellent. Seeing a view of the wax is a real bonus.
He also took the time to talk me through his range of hearing aids and associated information - very useful. Thanks!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The earwax removal was quick, professional and completely comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and I could instantly notice the difference afterwards — my hearing felt so much clearer!

Rahim was so nice to talk to and very easy going, very welcoming and made the whole experience really easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing earwax removal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a really positive experience with Rahim when he carried out my ear examination. He was friendly, professional and very reassuring throughout.

Super fast and efficient service and a good price to boot. Fully justified 5 stars

Warm welcome and comfortable environment with efficient care and hospitable and professional attitude throughout! Would highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with the efficient, speedy and personal service I received. Lovely calm surroundings removes any stress from examinations and hearing tests. I would definitely recommend this company

This was mine and my husband’s first ever time getting our ears done. We felt relaxed as Rahim went through everything clearly and calmly. Highly recommend this place and we will be definitely returning when needed.

Met Rahim for the first time for wax removal after several ear problems over the last few weeks. He explained everything he was going to do and even got to view my own ear on the screen. Very friendly and made me feel at ease with the procedure. Easy to find with clear signage outside.

We’re really happy with the service we received. I contacted Rahim regarding my teenage son on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to fit him in within 24 hours. The whole wax removal process was calm and relaxed and his ears were cleared within minutes. My son was shocked with how much clearer his hearing was and the stubborn wax was no more so thank you!

Very easy to book, very quick appointment within 2 days of booking. On arrival I was met by Rahim and he showed me to his studio.
The studio is spotlessly clean, Rahim examined my ears and explained the procedure. My right ear was worse than the left ear, but with gentle suction removed the offending wax.
Video pictures of before and after showed me the wax had been removed. Very professional and reassuring and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Rahim to anyone who has ear problems.
