Rahim was friendly and reassuring. I couldn't hear much at all and was really nervous, but after a totally pain-free treatment, my hearing is fully recovered. It's a lovely setting too!

Today i visited for a small problem with a hearing aid and as always i received a warm friendly welcome from Rehim, he sorted my problem very quickly and efficiently.

Visited Rahim at the Hearing Health Hub today and immediately felt very welcome and at ease. The facility is really nice. I'd been getting headaches etc and other symptoms that made me believe my ears we're blocked with wax. Thankfully they wasn't. I was given professional advice and knowledge of other things it could be and I'm very grateful for that. I would highly recommend Rahim at the Hearing Health Hub. I travelled an hour to get here and it was worth every second. The online booking system is very easy to use which makes the whole experience very good! Thank you Rahim! 😊

I was booked in to have my ear wax removed at a large MK store but it was cancelled that morning. I was able to get an appointment with Hearing Health Hub the same afternoon. Best thing that could have happened. The process was efficiently and professionally carried out with pictures on screen to show "before and after". Rahaim was also very helpful with up-to-date information on what might suit my particular hearing problems. Very impressed. Overall a very positive experience.

I had a completely blocked ear and managed to get a next day appointment with Rahim. He was very professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Would definitely recommend him.

I previously had my ears cleaned on the recommendation of several friends. This time it was a hearing assessment and hearing aids due to a noticeable decline in my hearing. The NHS waiting list was too long to wait so I rang Rahim and got an appt the next day. Rahim has a very gentle, methodical approach and he comes across as highly knowledgable. He explained every step clearly - no pressure. He takes care to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the fitting . A week later I have hearing aids and already see the positive difference! Excellent service - very pleased!

In the first instance it was a relief to feel more comfortable after ear wax removal; which was painless and quick. Secondly, to have a thorough hearing assessment to establish my need for hearing devices; these came within a week and I have been wearing them since.
I cannot thank Rahim enough for the professional, informative support provided throughout this process. I would definitely recommend this service.

As members of my family had been using the Hearing Health Hub (HHH) for treatment over a number of years I had no hesitation in booking an appointment there when my original hearing aids were out of warranty and needed replacing. We did not discover the HHH until I had purchased aids from one of the major 'high street' chains so I have had experience of using a nationwide company and am therefore in a position to state how much better it is to use an independent provider for personal service. The HHH is one such provider and the audiologist Rahim, who I booked with, was very knowledgeable,  professional and caring in his approach to my needs. I now have new hearing aids which give me total confidence after the comprehensive service provided by Rahim. 

I would highly recommend the HHH to anybody with any hearing issues, however small, as from my families experience they really care about people and personally I look forward to them supporting my hearing issues for many years to come.

Rahim offers a really good personal service, so much more relaxing and reassuring than the larger providers. He is very patient and gives you plenty of time and attention. I felt really valued as a customer in his excellent consulting room.
