Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.
Delivered on time exact date very kind driver gave me a needle box as mine was full and there wasn’t a replacement with the order, but he had to have a spare one which he let me have

Excellent service
I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Asthma at the age of 63, having had 3 life threatening attacks over a 4 month period. I was offered Biologic treatment and Healthnet stepped in. The Healthnet nurses explained Biologic treatment to me and my husband, and the Healthnet nurse taught my husband how to give me my injections so that he can give me my treatment at home. My Healthnet nurses are based at Southmead Hospital in Bristol and are thorough, caring and very efficient taking time to explain each stage of my treatment, and I have a number to call if I need to speak to a Healthnet nurse at the hospital.
I am now receiving my Biologic treatment at home, and everything from my appointments down to the delivery of my treatment has been excellent.
My medication is always on time, and communication leading up to the delivery is efficient and clear.
My experience of Healthnet is very positive, and I totally appreciate the care given.

Healthnet has never let me down yet
Healthnet has never let me down yet, from notifications to delivery the system is flawless, delivery drivers are very helpful and make sure the recipient is correct by making personal checks, dob etc, it would be better if we as customers just give our customer number to validate. All in all it's a fantastic service.
