Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.
Delivered on time exact date very kind driver gave me a needle box as mine was full and there wasn’t a replacement with the order, but he had to have a spare one which he let me have

The nurse who came to do my injection…
The nurse who came to do my injection was fine. But, the customer service was awful. My injection was a week late and they didn't have the decency to inform me. I had to phone to ask when the nurse was coming and was told they did not have a nurse available and I would have to wait a week. I told them I was leaking poo but they didn't care. I had to cancel my grandson's 3rd birthday party at my house.
