Habito have made the whole experience a lot less daunting. From the mortgage advising side, Helen was really responsive in finding the right mortgage offer for me, then Ellen has been great at keeping me updated on the progress.

I went with Habito Plus after seeing for me it was both cheaper and more convenient. So far this has been excellent and I would absolutely recommend!

Very fast and friendly

We both have very good credit ratings, low LTV and still give us 5.65% interest rate which is really high especially based on our fortunate circumstances.

My brother and partner have bad credit ratings and got just over 5%. Which means Habito agents cannot be trusted. The agent was more like a salesman not a broker trying there best to get you a good deal. Be careful not to waste your time

Helen from Habito is always on the ball, keeping us on track with our paperwork and reminding us when mortgage rates are about to increase so that we can try to lock in the current rate. Thanks Helen!

I was lazy. I wanted someone to do everything for me. From the mortgage to the inspection to the conveyancing. And Habito did it all and all with aplomb. In just over two months I went from renting a place, that got worse year on year, while costing more for no more than 'market reasons', to a home owner.

I basically let them get on with it and Abbie was great, Donna & Dan too, and all the numerous other staff working behind the scenes. Last thought, I could be bounded in a nutshell and count myself king of infinite space, I could take shelter in a large ceramic jar and only ask for my sun... or I could use Habito and let them sort that stuff out for me!
