This is our second time using Habito to help with our move and mortgage and the experience was as good as the first time.

We originally mortgaged using Habito and also remortgaged using Habito as well. Both times Habito made the mortgaging experience much easier to cope with and the interface on their website is very easy to use. Rosie in particular was very helpful and especially when our bank changed their rates over the weekend managed to renegotiate closer to the original rate that the bank had offered us and gave very helpful advice as well on all of our queries. Would highly recommend especially given that there are no fees to the customer. They have an easy to use chat function where you’re not stuck with a bot but an actual human who responds very quickly (almost always on the same day)

My contact was very responsive and able to offer advice on the different options I was considering for my mortgage renewal, whilst also offering insight into other considerations I might need to think about.

Myself and my partner started looking at our options for a mortgage via other online portals but it wasn’t until I found Habito when it felt like a really great idea! We had toyed with going to a traditional broker but we both work 6 days a week and it wasn’t something that could align with our work schedules. I had enquired with an independent broker and explained our circumstances and they had said we would need a 15% deposit in order to secure a mortgage. When I found Habito we had put an offer in on an initial house…that offer later wasn’t accepted. Ashton our advisor was faultless: great communication, informative and helpful. After our offer wasn’t accepted, I asked him to calculate what would be our maximum affordability based on our deposit and a 95% LTV. He came back with the maximum that was way beyond we thought was imaginable. We looked at houses way below this threshold for comfortability and managed to secure a beautiful property. Every time I messaged, Ashton calmed my nerves, was reassuring without being overly compensating and answered every single one of my silly questions. The past three weeks - waiting to hear the outcome of our application - have been painfully long, especially with the original brokers words in my mind!! But on Friday we got our mortgage offer! We could not be happier! Thank you Habito, Aston and Megan for making our dreams come true! ✨

Habito helped me get a mortgae after my first offer with barclays kept changing. So they made my dream of owning a home come true and I would highly recommend using habito. The customer service was outstanding and I often got a reply within the hour.

Grant was really helpful and friendly whilst considering all of my options. He was available at all hours of the day and responded really quickly. It seems that habito also has access to a wide range of lenders as they were able to bring up deals that weren’t offered with other brokers so it is absolutely worth having a chat with them!

We remortgaged our house with Vanessa and I was very happy with the service. Very efficient and I did not need to be on the phone for 4h with a mortgage advisors.

Room for improvment for Habito is that some lenders like Halifax are not on Habito's list and sometimes you can miss out on offers.
