Olivia contacted me 7 months before my fixed term period was up. I didn’t rush to get all the information Olivia needed as it was 7 months until my term ended. Unfortunately this meant the interest rate has increased. In future, I will ensure I get the information to them soonest so they can get me the best deal as Olivia clearly knows a lot more about the market than I do and was trying to gently alert me without being pushy, which I really appreciate.
Habito make it really easy to navigate through the application process, you upload the required documentation and they check through it all.

I had a tricky situation with multiple properties and some loan consolidation which I wanted to re-mortgage to make things more straight forward and reduce the amount of payments/outgoings.
