Absolutely rubbish service and clueless mortgage advisers. Avoid at all costs.

Whole process of re mortgaging & changing to sole ownership was very easy. Joe lavin has been amazing - 10/10 service

Very responsive, quick, easy to navigate system. Jessica was great. My only criticism/thoughts for future service is id like to see some more supportive options regarding ethical banking (rather than only focusing on lowest rate).

Can't fault Habito whatsoever. They answered loads of questions from us as this was our first time negotiating a new mortgage deal, never made us feel stupid and always responded quickly. They fought our corner to get us the best deal amidst global uncertainty. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Helen has been amazing, we wanted to secure a fixed mortgage rate before the rates started increasing. Helen understood this, 1st October was when we could begin looking at a new rate, by October 3rd, Helen had secured a rate and submitted our application. All completed via messages online which really helped us to complete this in our busy lives, and reply as and when we were able to. Thanks Helen, got to be one of the easiest mortgage processes we have been through!

If you’re looking for a personalised service and somebody who really understands what you’re trying to achieve, then look no further than Joe at habito. I’ve always been a little bit wary of mortgage providers and the agenda that they may push for a product that comes with the highest commission. This is not anywhere near the impression I got from using habito and Joe. He answered every question I had and came back with multiple different offers at various stages of this process. I think at one point I had 10 different offers for different scenarios I had presented him and at no point did I feel that Joe was not taking my comments seriously or my concerns. Joe is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in his product field and that security and knowledge has made this entire process seamless. Great service all around thank you very much.

Very good experience all the way through

This is a shiny fancy platform with a badly organised service. They made an error which caused me more than 400 GBP extra cost which they first denied to admit. Also their legal service is outsourced to a 3rd world country with all the usual problems. Disappearing agents, lies, fake promises, made up IT problems. If you want your purchase to be in secure hands make sure you avoid this platform as far as you can.

Contacted Habito and was emailed by Joe, life became turbulent and I couldn’t sit and discuss so we communicated via email which I could do in my own time, good straightforward advice and although submitted not finalised yet all appears to have been straightforward and stress free.

Decided to check rates with Habito as saw them come up on the Monzo app.
From start to Finish it was great, contact was quick and advice was good. The rates we got were very competitive, especially in comparison to Comparison websites.
Big Thanks to Kyndra and Nicola who were helping on our remortgage, application and advice with the lender.
