I'm doing an update on this grounding co. Company
The company got back to me only after I placed a review on google and trust pilot. They then promised me they were going to send me my california king Sheet immediately and to make it up to me, they were going to send me a pair of grounding.Socks and a grounding tester for free. They were going to send it along with the sheet. So I changed my review because the supervisor Liam customer service rep got back to me and made me promises.Unfortunately they weren't kept. I got the sheet within a week which is fine. However, what they promised me the two items I did not get. They only did that just so that I would change my review.
So I can't give them a five star.ReviewBecause they don't stay true to their word. To be honest, I haven't noticed any difference with the sheet.Whatsoever, and I have to say, I am very disappointed in this company.

My friend told me about grounding.co. i have been looking at getting a grounding sheet for a while now. I ordered one and it was missing the california king Sheet. The customer service manager got back to me after I sent an email that the sheet did not come in the package. Very sweet, very caring, very concerned.I am impressed. They do care about their customers and I can see why they have such good reviews. They are making it up to me and shipping me out.My california king sheet, as well as a couple other things to indemnify me. I changed my rating to a five because of the fantastic customer service!
Thank you Liam customer service manager extraordinaire!

1. Queen size fitted sheet fit perfectly on new mattress.
2. In just a few days, I feel a positive difference in my back and feet.
3. Excellent customer service. Thank you Linda!

I accidentally placed the wrong order and emailed the help email to fix it. Immediately they fixed my order with no problem.

Great product and customer service, no complaints.

The Website Site was clear and easy to use / find information. Reassurance, help and support were prompt regarding my order concerns. Looking forward to trying a new therapy! Thanks!

The customer service team is very prompt and helpful.

Product is great, does what it says. Staff answers emails efficiently. I am sleeping through the night. Mybody doesn't hurt like it did before purchasing the sheet. I wakeup rested.

Love this grounding sheet! Helps so much with inflammation 😁

Customer service and response is why my rating is high. I have not yet received my order and had questions about the origin of the product ordered and the delivery time line and I received prompt response and satisfactory details. It is rare to receive the attention, respect and consideration that I was given.

The customer service at this company is wonderful. We have used these grounding sheets for about 2 years now. Sadly, we are very tough these sheets. You can tell when the silver wears out on them. Our dogs sleep with us as well so that is why. But we love them. It helps with my husbands flexibility amazingly. It was so cool to see just what 2 nights was like. I can tell they work with me because my feet itch for the first few nights. I also walk barefoot a ton but my husband doesn't. These honestly do help.

I have worn socks to bed for most of my adult life. I have a grounding mat at the bottom of my bed where I put my feet each night. They start to warm up immediately. This allows me to go right to sleep! Not sure what this means to you but my little dog can find the placement of the mat right away from atop the duvet and she curls up right on it without being able to see it!

It took longer than I had expected for my fitted sheet/mat bundle to arrive as I didn’t realize it was coming from a country outside of the Inited States. I have never had trouble sleeping so I can not say I can sleep now but I do believe I sleep deeper now than I previously have. I purchased the grounding sheet to help with the inflamation in my feet and ankles- I have been using the sheet 3 weeks and have not seen a noticeable improvement yet. I do appreciate when I email the company a question I do get a response in a timely manner. The sheet is soft and comfortable.

This product is amazing, just 3 nights in and I’m already waking up more rested and some aches and pains are lessening. And the customer service is top notch! I emailed with questions and they replied in a couple of hours. I highly recommend.

I submitted a question to the company about the ing sheet deminisions , I was supprised at the speed and detail of the answer provided. Makes it the sort of oranizaition I wish to deal with.

Excellent customer service.

I regularly engage with so many recovery modalities and intentional therapeutics that it can sometimes become difficult to distinguish which have which positive effects on me. That being said, I know that physically grounding barefoot on the earth has had a tremendously positive impact on me, and I trust that using the grounding sheet is further fortifying my health and wellbeing and so plan to continue using it. Thank you.

What a fantastic product! I sleep like a newborn baby and feel great. I would recommend your grounding sheet to anyone.

Excellent products and great customer service
