Was skeptical about the whole grounding thing ngl. But after a week my ankles weren’t as stiff in the mornings anymore.

I've only had the mat a short period of time so I am not ready to claim the results. However, I am expecting positive results based on my understanding and belief.

This is a scam! Several things happened! They processed our initial order incorrectly and charged us for pillow cases that we did not want. I did not discover it initially because I had to keep asking them for a receipt for a couple of weeks. After receiving it, I saw the pillow cases and asked them not to ship them and give us our money back for them. They said it was already shipped and it was too late. If they would have sent the receipt right away, they could have reversed it. In addition, they said they would give us our money back and never did! I have asked them every week for 3 months and Kerry keeps saying that the money is going to be refunded and it never has been. Finally, I do not see any difference with the pain in my body! The sheets do not work! Careful everyone, this is an absolute scam!

My wife and I both have lower back and hip issues. I have experienced a significant decrease in lower back pain and better sleep. My wife has experienced the better sleep but not an overall relief in her hip pain. Even with this my wife has purchased additional sets to give to a family member and recommended the sheets to friends.

My mom borrowed my grounding mat and refused to give it back lol. She said her knees felt less swollen.

My knees used to feel stiff every morning especially after long drives. The grounding sheet didn’t erase it completely but it made it way more manageable. Getting out of bed feels smoother, less creaky. It’s one of those things I don’t want to sleep without now. Funny how fast it became normal.

The flat grounding sheet version breathes really well. Doesn’t feel stuffy at all.

After heavy lifts my shoulders usually feel stiff for days. Sleeping on the grounding bedsheet seems to take the edge off by morning. Not magic, just noticeable. I’m recovering a bit smoother which matters to me. Shipping was fast too no issues there.

I placed my order on 20 November 2025 and accidentally ordered two sheets. I cancelled one shortly after, and the company was initially helpful in modifying the order.

However, as of 20 March 2026, I still have not received a refund for the cancelled item. While they occasionally respond to my complaint emails and state that the matter will be escalated, the refund has yet to be processed.

This ongoing delay and lack of resolution is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their handling of customer refunds.

First of all,how about either sending me my product which you billed me for Feb 3/26 $109.20,or put the money back on my card.
If I do not get a response,as this is my 3rd email,I will get my bank to get it back and report you to the BBB.

The package arrives with the wrong plug and no way to plug the sheets or the matt in in my country Australia. This is 3 items I cant use. I then emailed and have waited several days with no response even requesting a refund due to defective item as I cant use it and no response, yet they can still send me advertising emails each day. Such poor respinse time and customer service. Also shipping took ages and came from China even though it states its gor an Australian company and im in Australia

I actually give it " 0" stars . On Feb 25, I contacted the company because I was getting electric "zaps" with my sheet. I ordered these sheets on 12/19/25 and they arrived 1/1/2026. I started experiencing problems on 2/16/26.The company asked me to send pics of my sheet and the set up. I have done so. I have since emailed 4 more times and have not heard a peep out of them. I have a defective sheet and they will not replace it for me. They do not stand behind their refund policy. This is no way of doing business, as they obviously do not care about their customers. They choose to keep my 173.00 while I am out of that money and a functional working sheet. I urge future customers considering buying grounding sheets to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Ordered 2 sheets on 2/13/2026. I have sent multiple emails about the status us my items and only received one response on 2/26 saying they should arrive in 8-10 days. Today is 3/6 and the tracking number provided to me still does not work. Very frustrated and thinking this might be a scam. Very frustrated.

We bought a pair of sheets asking for a King size, we received Queen.
We’ve been dealing with this company since December to get them returned and either exchange or a refund.
It is now the end of March and things have still not been resolved.
We are now requesting a refund and they are now totally ignoring us and not following up with their return policy on their website.
This is unacceptable customer service and would not recommend this company.

Terrible! I received ONE mat, I ordered THREE!!! My emails have been ignored, I have had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. Absolutely AVOID this company. I have noticed another company with almost the same name that has decent reviews.

I ordered on 2/2/26. Order # 229285.I wanted a Queen flat and one pillowcase. After my order was in the cart, I looked at other options. When I placed my order, it charged me for the last items I looked at (that were NOT in the cart). I realized the error immediately, and submitted 2 emails thru their site. No response. I received an email confirmation, sent message that it was incorrect items that were ordered. The response was that my order would be put on hold and handled by a "special team". Next email I got was that the order had been shipped--without correction! 4 more emails trying to FIX this failed. I received the order on 2/9/26, returned it at the USPS early 2/10/26. I followed their instructions for the return from both Kerry's email, and their website. AFTER it was mailed, Kerry sent another email telling me to send it to an alternative address and to include the tracking number to them. AND, although I would have returned it, I did not receive the "free" mat that was promised for the order. This company might be ok if there are no "coloring outside the lines" issues, but my experience makes me think they're either run by AI bots or totally incompetent people.

Sheets worked great for around 6 months and then promptly quit working. Would not recommend. Grounding mats seem to last longer.

I ordered the sheets 23 days ago and my credit card has paid for them. I have reached out to them twice and they have said they would update me. I used the order number a tracking number that showed they were shipping five days after my order was placed. I asked for at least an update but have had no communication from them.
