Delivery fine. I think my sleeping has improved, nothing else to report

I ordered the BOGO in the women’s shoes and so far, so good. I need to get some socks to wear with them so the copper nub doesn’t hurt the balls of my feet.
The only critique I would have is that the delivery took a (what seemed like) very long time and I sent multiple emails to find out when they would be delivered and no one ever got back to me. I tried to track the delivery but I always got the message that it could not connect to the server. It was, overall, a frustrating experience.
I worked in customer support/relations for most of my business life and this really should not be tolerated by your company. Better customer service would be my best recommendation to you. 👍🏻

Well, I don’t know if I can tell difference between having it or not. Maybe just a bit different…
I always had pain in my right hand since I use my right hand and fingers a lot, but since I start using the fitted sheet, I haven’t had much of the pain!!
I only experienced something very bizarre! I felt a severe shock through my whole body one night!!
Then I did a little research and I found out if you have any electronic plugged in close by, that can happen! That night I had my phone plugged in and it was on my bed close to my body.. I assumed that was the reason!

Grounding bed mat took about 11 days to receive and has been great. The only issue was that the mat was supposed to come with a conductivity test pen that was not shipped. Since there was no pen included, I have not been able to test the mat to ensure its effectiveness. Other than that, the mat appears to help with soreness.

The most lovely experience, buying experience was really good and easy, communication from the seller was superb.

I’ve just learned about grounding and am in a state of accepting how well it works. I have always worn shoes or water socks never bare feet. I started walking in bare feet and was amazed. But there are days that weather and health keep me inside so after research I ordered this mat. It’s amazing how it helps. My hubby even uses it. We are in our 70’s. Wish I knew about it sooner. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD and the mat helps in calming the entire body. We both use it everyday even if we’ve done a beach walk.

They wrote that IF I had concerns ,I could call them or email them. After trying to notofy them of changing shipoing adresses, calling the phone number and emailing through a different email to contact them, I was informed about the nonconnected phone number and nonfunctuining email address.
I was asked about my order number because I wanted a refund but the person who responded claimed he could not find my order. I sent him the order number through the working admin email address but a response was not given to proceed. Also it is deceiving when the large or average sample mat in photos is still being used to lure customers when the truth is the one shipped to full orders is much smaller. UPDATE THE PHOTOS SO WE CAN decide whether ro purchase. List the dimensions of it. Everyone's feet do not use the same space on the mat.

Fast ish delivery on time.

My husband has been sleeping better since the first night we used it. He will not use it on top of the sheets. We use it under our flannel and bamboo sheets and it still works. We are Very happy with this purchase.

Sleeping more deeply and waking up refreshed

Great product, but the shipping is extremely slow. Would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the sub par shipping.

Order not complete, missing the adapter. However, when I finally got someone to respond, they would not send one to me and said it will work without it. I’m very disappointed and unimpressed.

Easy to order, quick turn around on delivery! We’ve been using the grounding pad on our King size bed for over 2 weeks. Sleep is more deep and longer. We could tell a difference after a couple of nights!

The Grounding.co company has contacted me and made things right!!
They shipped a replacement product which I received today and provided a 10% credit to my CC.

I had a terrible experience with Grounding Wellness (grounding.co) The mat did not fit my California King bed. I tried to return it and the company gave me no help and stopped returning my emails. I tried calling and no calls would even go through to their operator. Very disappointed!

I purchased the grounding pad and I have enjoyed the most restful sleep in years. Then upon waking rested and refueled I realize that I woke up to NO pain. No pain in my neck, shoulder, hips, hands and everywhere else that I have tolerated pain for a while. I love how I feel after sleeping on this grounding pad AND it's only been two weeks.

Was skeptical about the whole grounding thing ngl. But after a week my ankles weren’t as stiff in the mornings anymore.

I've only had the mat a short period of time so I am not ready to claim the results. However, I am expecting positive results based on my understanding and belief.
