Scarification treatment and stress buster application was carried out to a very high standard by Steve Shaw. It was done with care, and it all looks neat and tidy, with the thatch raked up and placed in bags..

We weren't in when they called but seemed to have gone an excellent job, left everywhere neat and tidy.

Ian and Ricky from the Worksop beach scarified my lawns on the 26th March. They arrived on time, we’re friendly polite and helpful. I am very pleased with the job they completed and would highly recommend them.

I booked GreenThumb to clean and weed my driveway. It's block paving, and even with a week having gone by it's still dirty and full of weeds. Not surprising though as the Green Thumb person had been and gone within ten minutes (!!).

No one is responding to my emails. It's been really difficult to get hold of anyone throughout the whole process. Never again.

Since they have turned this into a franchise the customer service is terrible. You can’t speak to anyone then when you finally get someone you have to explain everything all over again. Their member of staff damaged my car with their machinery and then pleaded it was not them not realising we had cctv. The member of staff then phoned us personally not through green thumb to accuse us of lying . Not happy , eventually a manager came out and sorted everything. But still now getting emails demanding payments when it was agreed we would have treatments paid for as a gesture of goodwill. Absolutely would not recommend them and our lawn looks dreadful. We have been a customer for many years but this last year has been dreadful. They turn up and I watch them spray my lawn , but they only spray part of it then off they go !!! Not even there 5mins!! Don’t bother!

Dan was efficient and did a good job

The company initially impressed me with an honest assessment of my lawn and a well-presented quote. The first treatment was carried out on time and felt proactive.

However, after that, the service quickly declined. For every subsequent treatment, I had to repeatedly chase them just to get a date scheduled. On each occasion, it took multiple calls and persistence on my part to secure an appointment. While the staff were friendly, the overall service fell short of what was originally promised.

More recently, the company has been very quick to chase the final direct debit payment, which I cancelled due to not receiving all the agreed treatments. Ironically, this has been the most responsive they have been throughout the entire process.

When I did manage to get responses previously, the tone often came across as somewhat condescending, which added to the frustration.

Overall, disappointing follow-through after a strong start.

Thank you Lee (Banbury) for your thorough consultation, I felt your knowledge and advice really gave me faith in restoring what I thought was a lawn that had to be ripped up and started again! Im looking forward to seeing the results and a beautiful lawn, free from dandelion weeds, thatch and moss!

Stephen from Green Thumb Swindon was very helpful and friendly in advising on a lawn problem. He also sorted out a problem with my account and carried out the spring teatment on the same day.

Great service today from Lee Tustian at GreenThumb. Their patio cleaning services has changed the look of my drive.

not all heroes wear capes. my lawn was treated by David Gleeson with excellent lawn care knowledge. Not only was my lawn treated by David he moisturized my nans feet while he was here, going that extra mile.

The local team have been excellent however the new structure of being centralised has resulted in extremely poor co-ordination etc.

PERSONNEL WERE INTERSTED IN LAWN AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Requested a video call, waited 35 minutes. I sent numerous messages during that time. No one bothered to call me on my mobile or send an email to apologise. Poor service, they clearly can’t be bothered!

Your reply is untrue as I was sat waiting for the video call from 13:30pm. I accepted the video call twice and no one was there! All you had to do was call my phone number or send me a message. I also didn’t receive an email till the next day.

Had the Greenthumb team from Solihull to do our scarification and aeration this morning. Alex, Nathan, Matt and Lee all worked incredibly hard and gave the lawn a good doing over for which I’m sure green shoots will grow. Thank you all for your hard work this morning
