Excellent service so far from David Gleeson. Very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining every step in managing my lawn.

I'm writing this review in the hope that GreenThumb recognise they need a policy, or a review of an existing policy to deal with their customers who have passed away, as strong industry data shows older adults (65+) make up one of the biggest segments of UK garden‑service users, therefore its highly likely other will be in the same position. All I wanted to achieve from my calls with GreenThumb, as to maintain the current services they provide at my parents house, as both have now passed away, and I see it as my responsibility to maintain the garden they loved so much. After speaking to the council, Sky, Yorkshire Water, Octopus Energy, etc, GreenThumb were my last direct debit to switch. Unlike some of the others, I was asked to share a copy of my mums Will (for garden services) via email and was told someone would contact me. No one did and I followed up over a week later. I was told the email system isn't good and the lovely lady said she has to note down and remember to check for these type of things! That can't be right for such a large org and current CRM's!! I've been providing those orgs listed above a new bank account set up by sister (the other Executor on the Will), to continue essential services until we sell the house, however GreenThumb were the only organisation that wanted to speak to my sister, who's not dealing well with the loss and hence why I've been setting up bank DD's. The representative of GreenThumb said she'd need to speak to my sister and I said, she's asked me to deal with this payment (all of £14 a month). Anyway, the outcome was not to bother my sister and I've cancelled the policy on S64 8DW.

I feel the treatments you do is doing a great job but feel sometimes after treatment ie weed and moss killer. We are still having some trouble with weeds not so much moss, mainly in the front grass other than that we are very pleased with treatment and advice given.

Individual attention and understanding of my needs

Robbie turned up at 8.30am and stayed 8 hours scarifying and spraying. He also did a second aeration as was mindful that the one done 3 days earlier may not have been sufficient given the state of my somewhat prviously neglected lawn. Although they dont take scarification debris away, it was bagged up very neatly ready for me to take to the recycling depot so that wasn't an issue. Having had a nutrabooster, it looks greener after only a couple of hours. Looking forward to seeing the long term results.

Craig and Billy came to treat our lawn today. They did an aeration and scarification of the lawn and finished with a Nutrabooster treatment. Friendly and respectful. They left everywhere so tidy and provided advice for us on what to over the coming days as follow up. Excellent service.

Hard surface & weed control treatments were carried out here by Craig Howard of your Cheltenham branch on 19 March 2026 in a timely, unobtrusive and thorough manner. He did a great job.

After each visit and treatment the lawn looks greener and more lush which the whole garden look more attractive

We only had a short window of time available for our aeration and scarification, and Craig was helpful in organising accordingly. Steve and Craig arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard.
