Extremely Poor Service and Zero Accountability
I booked scarification and aeration on a date while I was out of town , while the work itself was done,I have come back to find 15 full bags of waste (grass /moss) on my property which they have not disposed off or even informed me about not doing it . At no point was I told this would be my responsibility, and it certainly wasn’t mentioned beforehand.
I’ve made three separate calls, and each time a different person responded with no solution offered . There’s no local branch management in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, and the Wales office seemed completely unable to handle the issue, brushing it under the carpet instead of offering a solution.
For a service that claims to be professional, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a lawn care service, it’s better to steer clear of this one — at least in our area.

-Failure to reply to 4 emails.
-Appointment times changed numerous times - turning up when not at home.
-Poor or no treatment (scarification and aeration on 130 sq yd lawn taking less than 20 mins) - 2 hours earlier than appt, so I was out.
- nutraboost wasn't done
- rang helpline, lady hung up on me mid sentence.
- rang helpine again, "Phillip" promised to sort everything out, but never called back.
- duplicate appointment for same service, yet again.
Just awful. Complete waste of time.

Waste of time company
We made an enquiry to have our lawn treated in November 25 where we were advised of the process and that it would be done between March to May. We were given a date in April 26 so we arranged the date around taking a days holiday, organised our garden around it and bought barriers so our dog wouldn’t walk on it. On the day we waited, they didn’t turn up. When we rang to ask where they where we got told it had been cancelled as there was a shortage of seed in the area, what a load of nonsense! We had not been advised of the cancellation. Stay clear of this company!

Darrin and Edward treated my lawn with the Spring Lawn Recovery Plan. They arrived on time, completed the task,placed all trimmings in garden bin, leaving the garden clean and tidy. Also left advice on watering and when next to mow the lawn.Very pleased with this courteous, knowledgeable team.

Zero stars review regarding Recruitment I've started the process of an employment tribunal
I applied for a position on 20th March 2026 didn't receive any decline email so used AI to find the email address. Received an email telling me to call especially as the advert is back on The government's find a job website and the companies website
I called up on 02086610121 Option 6 I asked you to put me through to the recruitment department. The guy not sure if this is real name a Philip Green started to talk down to me "do you want" then he lied about " no recruitment department "
It's quite clear he was sexist, misogynistic, ageist and chauvinistic a breach of all employment laws incuding The Equality Act 2010 and all Data protection legislation since 1998 incuding UK GDPR Legislation 2018 and DUA 2025 by taking my details for a job without me receiving a decline email.
So there wasn't any point putting the advert back out uf the staff can't do their jobs of review existing application's.
Reply back as it's not feedback it's a formal complaint under a Grievance therefore a load of rubbish from the person that's on Trustpilot. It you haven't mentioned anything about my application for a role that is back on the companies website and on through The Government's find a job website therefore again a load of rubbish as my Grievance isn't just about him its also about the recruitment process.

Poor Customer Service
I have just cancelled our agreement having had numerous advertising emails asking if I want to pay extra for a greener lawn – isn’t that what my monthly subscription was covering?! When I enquired about this to my local (Beverley) branch, I did not get a response. Very poor customer care.

Waste of money
A total rip off customer service is shocking
Never reply to messages on the portal
Left on hold for 30 minutes trying to get through on the phone
The operatives only spend 5 minutes treating the lawn and only interested in up selling products
My lawns look no. Different after several visits
Totally avoid this company!

I received very helpful service in the reseeding and top-dressing of my lawns from Billy and Kieran following devastation caused by last year's weather. They worked hard and efficiently - and cheerfully - in their work to restore the garden prior to its opening in a few weeks time.

Be prepared to jump through hoops if you want to cancel
Obviously have a strategy of putting barriers in the way of customers trying to cancel their accounts!!! I’ve sent a message via the website and two emails to the local franchise and been ghosted. I’ve tried phoning, choosing the ‘cancel account’ option which puts you in a lengthy queue. I then phoned and chose the ‘add extra treatments’ option which got me through to someone immediately - how strange!!!
