The Mug I ordered was NOT as pictured - It was NOT mineral or crystal. Like the other reviewers said it was plastic (epoxy) with painted on colors swatches. It had a metal insert for hot drinks not stated on website. It would not hold 325ml as stated. They only refund if THEY approve the return which they would not. They will send 15% of purchase to make amends. Would NOT RECOMMEND this company.

What can I say. I also fell for the mineral mug scam Grafton is running. They 100% did not deliver what they advertised.

I ordered 2 CRYSTAL mineral mugs on 12/15/24. The mugs arrived 1/15/25; no email as to when they would arrive since 12/29/24. The product is NOT what they advertise. The mugs are a small size, cheap plastic and came with a card saying the metal liner was to be used when using mugs for hot drinks (i.e. coffee). What a misrepresentation of how they were supposedly made and what looked beautiful online. These were to be gifts, and they're being returned asap for a credit.

The "crystal" mugs arrived and are small and look cheap, made of cheap molded plastic with a painted "mineral" pattern and a metal insert. I was so shocked at the terrible quality I literally busted out laughing. I have no idea what to do with these, maybe use one as a toothbrush holder in the bathroom? Idk. Don't bother!

I'm literally embarrassed and humiliated by ordering from this company. Crooked liars with false advertising crap.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Grafton sells crystal mineral cups through their site. I had watched a video of how they were made and thought this was what I was going to receive. The pictures are nothing like the cups I received and the quality is very poor. They do not hold true to their return policy and claim they now have all returns sent to a warehouse in China of which I had to pay shipping. They do everything to refuse the return down to offering a small percentage back or 50% back in a gift card and now I am stuck with cups I would not give to anyone and I am out a lot of money. I am very disappointed with the customer service and still am being denied a cash return with a paid return label. Very misleading.

CRAP CRAP WHAT A SCAM. Bought a Mineral coffee cup. Looked great on web site. Looked nice and heavy made out of rock. When I got it in the mail I was excited to open box. First thing I noticed when picked up was how light it was. When I opened it. I was made out of ceramic and hand painted by some kindergartener. Bait and switch. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

This is plastic junk!!! Don't buy, I wouldn't even donate it to the goodwill, it's pure junk! Looks nothing like the pictures online! It's a total rip-off!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered 2 "crystal" mugs as gifts for Xmas. They drop shipped from China and did not arrive in time for me to give as gifts - this turned out to be a good thing because the mugs are plastic (NOT crystal), small and ugly. There are blobs of blue PAINT on one of them, I assume to mimic blue stone. I am trying to get a refund on these $29.99 pieces of junk. Do not be deceived by their false advertising!

I ordered a Owalla water bottle for my daughter for Christmas. I placed my order on November 30th. It’s January 12th and I still haven’t received it. I’ve written numerous emails and get an automated response. I’ve reached out to my credit card company to see if they can get my money back and I also reported them on Shopify. Do not purchase from this company.

Grafton Collection is a ripoff. The company gives an address in California but the product ships from China via a Chinese shipping company. There seems to be more and more of these Chinese companies masquerading as American companies on the internet lately. One company even claims the product is U.S. made. I will never order online again unless it's a reputable retailer. Buyer Beware!

3.Tracking data is a bit sketchy, really surprised I received anything at all.
4. Got sucked in by the pic in the ad.

Update; customer service offered me a 20% refund for this piece of plastic garbage or a 50% gift card FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE.
What a joke. Disputing with my cc company instead.

Had no idea the item I purchased would be drop-shipped from China. After nearly a month, still waiting for shipping updates.

The links provided go nowhere. I will have to dispute this with my cc company shortly.

Sick of these Chinese scam sites; its like the whole country is full of internet thieves.

The crystal cups I bought look fake and the picture online looks real. I feel I was scammed and the $ I spent was not worth it!
I would not purchase ANYTHING from them again!

I ordered two mineral/gemstone mugs on Dec. 28, 2024. I needed them for my nieces who are visiting from Europe. There was no indication of when the items would ship. I emailed them and get a basic reply from PREMIER TRUST STORE. The email says shipping time is 3-5 business days. After several more days passed. I mailed them again telling them I want a refund because my nieces went home and I no longer need them. I'm not going to pay a small fortune to mail these to Europe just because of their sloppy service. I get no reply so I email again telling them I want a refund and still nothing. Two days ago I get an email stating my order has shipped however each time I check the status, it says "Items waiting to be picked up". So the order hasn't shipped. It's just sitting there wherever they are. There is no phone number to call and I find it disturbing that I placed the order online with Grafton Collection yet I get emails from Premier Trust Store and after looking at my banking statement the payment was made to a company named CloudSlide. So who in the hell is in charge here. I cannot get an answer anywhere so I contacted my credit card company and I'm disputing this based on all the information pointing to a scam. I just happened to find this online page where people are screaming scam and how they are receiving cheap, plastic, crap instead of the mineral or gemstone items they ordered. Looking back it looked too good to be true. Those beautiful photos they show of the mineral/gemstone cups were absolutely beautiful but at $19.99 each a bell should have rung in my head that it's too good to be true. Lesson learned and I will never order from these scammers again.

UPDATE 1/12/15 - well they still have not shipped my order. They emailed me on the 8th that my order had shipped but when I click on the Track button it shows items are waiting to be picked up. Today, Jan 12, they send me another email stating shipping status update. There is no update. It still shows items are waiting to be picked up. Oh and get this, For some reason I missed it but these bastards charged me $4.50 for a TIP. How dare they!! They never said they were going to charge for a tip so instead they just did it and hope I wouldn't notice. Scam bastards at their best. Do not order from this company. You will not get what you ordered.

NEW UPDATE 1/24/25

Well folks I got scammed just like the rest of you. Despite me telling them I no longer wanted these mugs and to issue me a refund they went ahead and sent me the mugs anyway. They arrived today and are the same plastic and metal crap everyone else is writing about. No beautiful minerals on these cups. They are painted on and you cannot even drink from them. The metal cup inside is loose so if you were to take a drink the liquid would spill all over you. With the inner cup being metal and the outer being plastic, you cannot use these in the microwave. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I've sent them all the email communication between me and Grafton and photos of the mugs that arrived today. I expect to win this battle as it shows without a doubt these people are scammers. What a freakin joke.

I was encouraged to give the Grafton Collection a try since their website referenced a 4.7 Trust Pilot rating and my kid really wanted one of their tumblers with a unique blue bow design.

I ordered the tumbler on 12/11 assuming plenty of lead time and no rush shipping needed to receive by Xmas. (The website did not indicate any need for expedited shipping or anything else about time required for processing). I received the package on 12/29 and learned that it was shipped from China, went through imports in NY and then was re-labeled and mailed to me from NY.

Their tracking system was not accurate and gave me two different scenarios simultaneously re: my package location and status.

When I followed up with customer service, they took no ownership of the delay, the lack of communication nor my inconvenience. Rather than offering a partial credit for my purchase, they offered me 5% off my next order. Laughable as I will never order or interface with them again.

Look at their actual Trust Pilot rating. As of 1/10/25, it is 2.3 on 5 point scale. Looking at multiple scathing detailed recent reviews, it surprises me it is that high. I wish that I actually had referenced Trust Pilot to complete my due diligence prior to purchasing.

The product was fine (overpriced for what it is, but fine). The customer experience was abysmal and when you complete checkout on their website, they references a 4.7 Trust Pilot rating (on 5 point scale). To say the very least, that reference is misleading...

Biggest rip off ever. I'll never purchase anything from this scam company again. Suggest no one else do business with them either.

It is absolute scam. Ordered "Mineral Crystal Crafted Coffee Mug" but they sent me a cheap plastic made in china toy with cost probably not more than quarter of dollar.

I ordered a candle over 3 weeks ago and realized quickly it would not ship for Christmas. I tried to cancel it for a week but no response from customer service UNTIL I received a shipper tracking ID number. They told me it was too late as the item had shipped. That was December 26th. As of today, the item has not left China and I cannot get a response from customer service. This is after they reiterated their "iron-clad guarantee". I am clearly not the only person whom has had this issue so I highly recommend, you do not use them. I am pretty sure I will not receive my product or a refund at this rate since I haven't heard from them in a week and a half.
