This company appeared to me to be in California. It is not it is in China. It misleads you on items especially the gemstone mugs which are a cheap plastic probably made for less than twenty-five cents. I asked for my money back before shipping based on others bad reviews and then they claimed they already shipped it. I Ordered it on December 19th and didn't receive until Jan 21st as it is coming from China. I also saw some address in Canada as well as some address in New Jersey. When I asked for a return no return address label is supplied, and it is all on your own expense to do return which will cost more than I paid for the item or what it is worth. I have disputed this purchase with my CC company as it is performing misleading sales and return policies. It is playing games with Americans good money using bait and switch tactics. This company needs to be shut down. You can report them to the FTC but it will take a ton of complaints before the FTC does anything about them. Stay away from this company and do a charge back if you can and claim bait and switch tactics for the charge back.

If I could, I would leave a negative star rating. Worst company ever. They. FALSE ADVERTISE their items. Pictures shown or nothing like what is received. Items were fake and spray painted, not real. I placed the order on 12/24/2024 and did not receive the items until late January 2025. I complained, and I received ZERO response. Tried to return, and yep!!! ZERO response. Shock and awe!! DO OT PURCHASE FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. You WILL BE disappointed and pissed at yourself, for doing so.

Purchased the crystal mineral mugs, they finally arrive to my surprise they where cheap plastic. This company sells stuff not as described and shouId be accountable for their false advertisement. The return policy states that they will send a return label for returns. This is also a lie. This company needs to be shut down for good. There is a site ic3.gov that you can file a complaint with and have them investigated. I have already started my collection of evidence to file my complaint.. If I never receive my money back I believe that it is worth it if their business is shut down and can't scam anyone else.

I also am looking for 0 stars!!! This is as fraudulent as they come! I ordered this for my daughter's Birthday as she loves crystals and this as far from any crystal I have ever seen or SMELLED!!! THE TOXIC SMELL FROM THIS CUP IS VERY DISHEARTENING AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER TRY TO USE THEM!!!!

They outright lied about the product. Every aspect of the description was false. The size, the material, use cases, even the pictures.

I fell for that crystal mug scam. Their description explicitly say they are made from crystal. The even have a video of a chunk of crystal being turned on a lathe What I got are small cheap plastic mugs with random paint splatters. I have no confidence that they are food or heat safe. I requested a refund. They wanted me to pay for return shipping to China, about 2/3 of my total cost. When I refused, they offered to return 20% of my cost. I would do a charge back, but for that purchase, my PayPal was set to debit a bank account.

I ordered crystal mugs and may as well have gotten a used Basketball shoe, and they expect me it returned at my expense.

I ordered a "gem mug" from them and it looks nothing like what was advertised. It looks like a cheap chunk of plastic rock spray painted blue in a couple of spots. It is so unlike the sales photo as to be unrecognizable as the same product. It's like an episode of "Nailed It" for mugs. A three-year old with some playdough could have made a better facsimile of a "gem mug."

I'd choose no stars if I could.
Toxic plastic mugs painted up like something done by school kids.(Nothing like the advertised picture.) A tin liner thoughtfully included so you don't die from hot water leached toxins. Though have fun not spilling as you drink from two non fitting mediums...
No 100% refund. Have to pay your own shipping to China to return this rubbish so as not to fill your own landfill.

Before Christmas I ordered a "Handcrafted green stone, 4.5 inch tall mug". However, what I received was a brown and blue painted resin mug with a metal liner cup 3.5 inches tall. The only way I can get a refund is by sending the mug to China. That will cost twice what I paid for it. This company should have to tell the truth about what they are selling. And a few other things that would be inappropriate for me to type.

Where are the zero stars? They brag about customer service, which is actually nonexistent . I’ve been trying to return the products I bought for a week now and still no reply back from this scam business. If you like the mineral crystal mugs online, wait until you see what you get. It looks like preschoolers made and painted them. What a joke!!! I’ll eventually file a complaint with PayPal. Stay far far away from these sheisters.

Like other reviewers, I was disappointed in my so-called "mineral mug." Grafton Collection has not responded to my multiple requests for instructions on how to return the item.

If I could rate this a zero I would. It's a joke. They show beautiful pictures online, and what one receives... well your kindergartener could probably do a better job! Stay away!

I ordered the crystal mugs. They looked fantastic on-line. They even showed videos of the manafacturering process.

When they arrived they looked like some third grader handpainted them.

Crystal - no.
Looks like the on-line image - no.
$40 + shipping - wasted.

No response from my email w/pictures that I sent to their support line.

I ordered a simple coffee mug and PAID for it of course. Almost one month later I've yet to receive it. But of course the alleged UPS tracking number doesn't exist, nor does the provided order number. I don't know if the company is a scam. Paid and no ordered product. Go figure. Thank you very much for nothing.

I TOTALLY agree with all of the ZERO reviews (can't rate as zero so everyone is using 1!) The crystal coffee mug I ordered for my daughter is a piece of CRAP! The cheapest thing I've ever seen! Under no circumstances should anyone order anything from Grafton Collection! I've learned my lesson. ALWAYS look at the on line reviews if you are not familiar with the company you are ordering from!

If I could rate this company ZERO stars, that would be at least one too many. Completely FRAUDULENT Chinese crap!! I ordered "Mineral Crystal" coffee mugs for $20 each, based on a product "Specification" that clearly states:

Specifications: Made from mineral crystal, each mug stands approximately 4.5 inches tall, with a 12-15 ounce capacity and a weight range of 600-1100g.

What I received was some kind of plastic with some kind of paint. I don't know if any of it is food safe or non-toxic to begin with. And, combined, the two "mugs" weigh a total of 358 grams . . . a far cry from 600-1100 grams each as stated in the product description.

This company should be BANNED from the Internet -- I think they're only trying to get personal data from unsuspecting consumers. Glad I paid via PayPal so they didn't get my payment information.

I got completely honey dicked. The mini plastic, resin, horribly painted mug was so terribly cheap, knock off that it was almost laughable. I ordered what I thought was going to be a cool, stone, crystal mug and what I got was a tiny piece of crap plastic.

I ordered a crystal mineral mug and got a cheap plastic resin mug. I wrote to request a refund three times and they sent the same form letter without resolving the problem.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We ordered 2 Tumblers which were supposed to come PERSONALIZED. I received The Winnie the Pooh Tumbler - It did not come with my name on it. At the same time we ordered the Eeyore Tumbler - It never arrived. My husband and I have both sent emails to Grafton with respect to this issue and have received NOT RESPONSE. So now we have paid for 2 Tumblers and only received one. Again it was NOT personalized as advertised. I feel like we have been scammed as once they get your money their is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ended up paying a LOT OF MONEY to get only 1

And what I got was garbage spray painted plastic mugs. I requested a refund and was given an address in china to return at my expense, which was $32.95.
My advice to anyone considering buying from this outfit is : DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEFS,
THEY ARE A BLATANT RIP OFF.
