Grafton Collection is a total scam! Don't buy anything from these dirtbags!

I ordered an electric snow shovel. I followed up twice since it never appeared.
It took two months to arrive: snow season is over.
It cannot be charged: it does not have a US plug.
It is cheap plastic.
They will not give me a refund unless I send it back to China and I have to pay the shipping.
They are unorganized and do not know what I ordered: they have sent me the same 'form' response email 6 times and do not read or respond to my questions and answers.

Stay away from this company I ordered an electric cordless snow shovel. This company does not provide a viable customer contact phone number which is ultimately important when you don’t receive your product I have no tracking information that even shows my product is in transit. This was ordered 22 days ago and I get an email that says they want me to be patient. I canceled my order stay away from this company.

Thanks for allowing me to speak. I have been waiting for weeks for my order. So I the order number and the site does not recognize it. When I called the phone number it went to a resort. So, now I think $69.00 went to a scam. I showed people who I wanted to gift the flowers, but now I can't do that. EMBARRASSING.

I ordered a Punch monkey stuffed animal and I had to keep asking if it was shipped. Almost month later they finally gave me an order number and shipped it and gave me a tracking number. The tracking showed it coming from China to the RFK airport then to Indiana and then Dallas to Austin. The package arrived, but it was in a US Postal plastic envelope with an address of "Elvira" in Illinois. Not China, the US. I looked up the address and it is a home owned by a couple and there is no one named Elvira. The monkey was placed in a dirty grocery store plastic bag. There is a strong chemical smell. No tag on the item so it may be used. All I get are canned replies, no answers. Beware.

Tried to purchase mineral cups that ended up being plastic resin with either dye or spray paint (depending on the cup selected).

Then tried to return the cups per their policy. They refused to accept them at their North American address, instead insisting that I send them to a Ms. Elena Qu in Guangdong province, China. The cost to ship would have been $150. They do this clearly to saddle the customer with despair in trying to resolve it. Just execute a chargeback with your credit card company, and they'll claw the money back for you... especially when you show them the pictures of what these Grafton folks put online vs the product you receive.

Do not waste your money. This cup is plastic. It is painted plastic. It is not made out of stone.

The product was advertised as stone crystal coffee mugs, when in fact they were cheap effectively throw away plastic.
Consider the site a scam.

I ordered the climbing chameleon on December 11, 2025. I continued to check the tracking of the item and it stated that it was stuck in transit. I contacted Grafton about the situation, then they emailed stating that the item was delivered January 7th. (It was never delivered, I have a Ring and nothing has been delivered) The tracking showed that the USPS was the one who delivered, so I went to the post office and they said that numerous people have stopped and checked with them. The DO NOT do business with Grafton and stated that it's probably a scam. I contact my credit card company and am trying to get a credit.

Bought the wall climbing chameleon early December 2025.
Reicceived a piece of shit 18th of January 2026.
The quality of the material is cheap, it did not climb any walls.
An absolute scam.

I tried to contact them on phone and sent several e-mails.
I received an autogenerated e-mail with the same answer every time I replied with the information they were asking for....very frustrating.

The mug that I over paid for embarrassed me when my husband opened it. It looks NOTHING like it did on line. The company said (after several emails) that I can pay for shipping it back to China, which they pointed out was expensive, or get a 20% refund.

This company flat out false advertises. Allegedly, you get your order from within American and in 21 days. Let's just say I placed my order for an advent calendar on 11/19/2025 and received it 12/28/2025! They communicate within 24hrs but refuse to refund. I demanded my refund at least 5 times, they denied it. Saying the package in route. They are a terrible company. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Grafton Collections is deceptive in advertising their products. My specific experience was with their Crystal Mineral Mugs. They product photos of assorted vibrant colored mugs in their advertisement. On google They have an advertisement purporting these mugs to be Crystal Mineral, they even have a video of them making a mug from a chunk of crystal, deep in the advertisement, they use the word 'Resin'. What you get in reality is a plastic, dull colored piece of junk with a metal insert. They are even deceptive in the amount of liquid the mugs hold, their claim, 11 to 15 ounces, reality, less than 7 ounces. Do yourselves a favor, stay far away from these rip offs. I am shocked that Grafton Collections are allowed to continue to conduct business based on the numerous negative Trust Pilot's reviews, numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other forums. I am surprised Google continues to let this scam advertise on their forum.

It took well over a month for me to receive my products and now they are not responding to my emails

I bought the advent Christmas calendars as gifts and the little things in each of the boxes were probably worth .25 cents at most. It’s so embarrassing I can’t give them as gifts, and I spent $39.99 on each of them. They offered me a refund but I would have to ship it back to China which would cost me more than what I paid for them. Also it took over a month and a half to receive them. I got screwed. Don’t order from them!!

ORDERED A HOLIDAY CALENDAR WITH PERFUME && GOT SUPER TINY TOYS INSTEAD.

This is NOT made of crystal. Its cheap plastic. Not with BBB but many complaints for the same reason. This is the biggest scam I have ever encountered! And no refunds, imagine that!

Wish I could put a 0-Star review. $32 for what was suppose to be a crystal material mug. Got a tiny plastic, made in China. Working on a refund, but I'm getting automated responses that keep saying the same thing (asking information about how they can help). Complete garbage, unless you like mugs from the dollar store.

Turns out the "crystal mug" is cheap plastic and painted by what looks like a blind monkey, I'm reporting to our consumer protection office and disputing the charges with my credit card company, I would love to give them a negative star rating if possible

Nothing like the picture. These are cheap plastic that remind me of a childs sippy cup. Joke.
