This is a deceptive company doing business out of China.

I ordered a mineral mug, posted online with an exceptional image. The mug was a gift and I sent it to a friend who thought I must hate him!

He received a plastic mug with painted images that mockingly looked almost nothing like the website image.

Not only that, but the smell from off-gassing was so strong he refused to keep it indoors.

I wrote the company and they apologetically asked me to return to mug to China if I desired a refund!

I wrote back that the shipping was prohibitive, the mail service not guaranteed, and asked them instead to simply issue me a refund. They conceded and refunded 20%.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT HAS A BAIT AND SWITCH ADVERTISING PRACTICE AND A DECREPIT REFUND POLICY.

I plan to report to the BBB and the FTC as well.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ORDERED A MUG. TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET IT. AND IT WAS THE WRONG MUG. LOOKED CHEAP. HAND PAINTED. I CONTACTED THEM AND IMMEDIATLY GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THEY WOULD CONTACT ME IN 3-5 DAYS. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND I HAVENT HEARD BACK. IVE EMAILED AROUND 10 TIMES, AND NO RESPONSE. DO NOT DO BUSSINES WITH THIS PLACE.

Truly a joke. These mugs are nothing like the fancy video that’s used to sell them. They’re very small plastic pieces of junk cups that might hold 4-6oz.
DONT BUY FROM GRAFTON COLLECTION.
It took a month to receive and I’m now reading others have had the same experience. I’m only out for 1 mug, but I learned my lesson..

I bought 2 bad quality mineral mugs from them! I waited close to 2 months for the junk I recieved! They are plastic, close to half the size were not made properly and looks like made from a little kid in primary school! Nothing like the pictures at all! Don't buy here! EVER! They only answered one of my emails! Asked for a refund after 28 days of waiting and I questioned why it has not left their factory within 28 days of paying! I said keep it and give me a refund which they never replied! trust me you will thank me for the money you save!

Scammed!!! The mugs looks nothing like the picture, quality is very poor. I waited forever to received, this mug was supposed to be a birthday gift and I just received a month later. It looks like a kinder made this! It not even Crystal nor stone, its plastic! This is a out of the country company DO NOT ORDER you will be disappointed.

Just like everybody else (except I didnt look into it before purchase), they are cheap plastic mugs. Totally a scam/lie.

I really wish that I would have done my due diligence and looked up this website before I tried to purchase three coffee mugs. These pictures of these beautiful coffee mugs carved out of mineral/crystal. I waited over a month to get them and I was so excited. But lo and behold I opened it and what I had were three plastic mugs, hand painted and then some sort of metal cup placed inside of them that is removable. I have sent the company and email requesting a refund and I’m hoping that I’ll hear something back but if not then I’m out $90. I am extremely unhappy. I wish I could post pictures to show you. Lesson learned

Ordered what looked like a beautiful crystal mug. What I got was a cheap piece of plastic garbage with a steel insert for hot liquids that would fall out when you drink. Plus it barely held 5oz Do not buy this as they refuse to refund my money

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to give 1 star in order to continue. I would prefer to give zero stars. The product is low quality. The infant pj's had a zipper that barely went to the belly button! Communication to arrange a return was very slow. I have to ship the item back to China! That's at least $20 I don't get refunded. It took longer than supposed to arrive. I'm not sure it's worth returning. It might get "lost" and then I'm out shipping cost and product cost. Please don't waste your money.

They deserve zero stars. What a rip off and POS product. I should have read up on them before I placed an order. Kicking myself for not doing so. How the hell Youtube allows them to advertise says a lot about Youtube and their goals. What a scam. F China!!!

I have been compelled to expose this company, GRAFTON COLLECTION, as a serious scammer. If this message reaches one person and prevents them from being sucked in and taken advantage of by this website, then my purpose was served. I’m writing this scathing review in the hopes that I can prevent others from ordering and being bamboozled by their elaborate AI videos and photographs of beautiful hand crafted drinking mugs carved out of exquisite minerals. I never even received the mug, not even tracking or shipping confirmation, but you can google other reviews and read dozens of complaints that the mugs were made of cheap plastic materials and have zero resemblance whatsoever with what’s promoted on the website. At first I thought it was a total scam site, but I guess they actually used to mail you something, although something completely different from the website. I never made it to that point of the transaction, I ordered my mug on 1/07/25 and almost two weeks later, not having received any order, shipping, or tracking information, I began emailing the customer service email listed on google. In two days I emailed them 4 times and every time I received an automated email message saying how important my order and satisfaction was to them and I would be contacted in a few business days. I’ve been completely ignored, all attempts to contact GRAFTON COLLECTION’S customer support have failed. This mug was going to be a very special gift for my best friend’s mother’s 80th birthday. She loves minerals and crystals. If the mug would have been as beautiful and brilliantly colored as the videos and pictures on the website, then it would have been an amazing 80th birthday present. Her birthday came and went, and after a few days of still not hearing anything from GRAFTON COLLECTION, I came to the conclusion that I had been duped, bamboozled, hoodwinked and snookered, financially swindled out of my hard earned money that I have to now dispute the transaction with BANK OF AMERICA and do a chargeback. I’m sure eventually and ultimately it will go my way and I’ll be reimbursed completely. All this time and aggravation, dealing with deception and a fraudulent website, writing and chasing emails, sitting on the phone with customer service, all to get my hard earned money back. Apparently, this company at its inception, was actually selling and shipping drinking mugs to some people, some like me never received anything. It appears they’ve received so many complaints and horrendous reviews for selling cheaply made plastic mugs and not the hand carved mineral mugs shown, that now they’re just taking orders and stealing people’s money and ignoring emails, and not even shipping anything out. This has been a horrible experience as a consumer and I hope this company is eventually shutdown and preventative measures are taken to ensure people stop getting victimized.

I ordered the mineral mugs. They looked absolutely gorgeous in the pictures. No where in the listing did they say they were made of plastic!
These are the UGLIEST CHEAPEST DOLLAR STORE LOOKING PIECES OF NONSENSE I have ever seen!! I would have passed these up at the actual dollar store because one dollar would be too much for these things! What a joke this is! I bought TWO for 29.99 each!!! I got robbed, and no one will reply to my emails at the email they provide on their website.

The mug is fake and it's completely different than what the photo shows.

I ordered 2 mineral mugs as a gift for my sister from the website photos. It took 6 weeks to be received by my sister only to find the mugs received were not made of real minerals but painted plastic surrounded with black and a metal insert. Cheap and ugly. Beware of ordering especially when made in China.

So I just received my mug, after 38 days no less. Thank God I only purchased one. These are NOTHING like the photo's...it is NOT made of natural crystal, but cheap, painted hard plastic. It has a metal insert (like 5oz.) for your beverage. It is worthless, a child's cup. Don't bother trying to get a refund, they're made & shipped from China, no phone number...they don't respond to emails. I can't believe I was such a fool to believe the ad. Please, save your money. Such a disappointment!! You were warned. God Bless.

The pictures of the crystal mugs were absolutely breathtaking and I was so excited to buy them. Unfortunately when they arrived it seemed like just a terrible joke. They are plastic with some sort of paint chipping off. They're very small and they literally look worse than you would find at the dollar store. I have been searching for a way to put this review on their website as well as contact somebody to get my money back but it seems to be pretty difficult. This looks like a total scam and really you should stay away. I'm so disappointed that I fell for it. I have these really great photos and unfortunately I can't see how to add them to here.

The image of the pink mineral mug led me to buy this product. However, it looks like nothing like the images used in advertising or the image on their website--which looks like actual mineral. It looks like a cheap, plastic piece of crap. I complained and demanded my money back. I got an email saying someone will get back to me in 3-5 business days. It's been 4 days no response. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Complete scam! The mugs are not mineral crystal but cheap plastic that looks like a kid painted on them. Went to return them and they require tracking and you return them to China on your own dime. Looks like that will cost $30+. Then when they receive them supposedly they will refund you the money less any postage. It took a month for them to get to me.
