Fraudulent, fraudulent, fraudulent!! Low quality knock-off goods (my fake Owala water bottle looked like the cap was 3D printed and the printing on the tumbler part itself was blurry), refund and shipping policies that do not match what's listed on website. Worst online shopping experience ever! I wish I read reviews prior to purchasing from Grafton Collection. Simply horrible; would give negative stars if I could.

Total scam. It’s a ploy to get you to buy cheap made in China crap thinking you are getting a quality product that is described in the website. Low and behold when it’s delivered and the product is complete probably toxic garbage, they make it impossible to return it. Which I think is the business plan for this scam of a company. Stay clear of anything associated with this business

I Made purchase of a holiday ceramic
Back in December 2024.
I received nothing, I emailed them, and said the will forward my concern to the sales department. I know I'm never going to get a refund. Maybe some day this item might arrive.
Thankfully, I was skeptical of their inexpensive expensive items.
In the end I'm out $10

False advertisement! Do not buy from this company who is located in China! I purchased 9 cups that advertised and pictured that they were craved from stone. I received 9 cups made of plastic and painted with a tin inlay! They did not even look like stone. Then they give you a difficult time when you try to return them. You follow their instructions and you receive a computerized zendesk blanket response. They will not give you the return address! I had to go to the BBB and my state attorney general office just to get a person from grafton to respond to me. There response was for me to return the item to China and to bare the cost or for them to refund me on my 20%! This company is from China! They mail items to their California and NY warehouses. But to deter you they make you mail returns to China!

Would give this company negative reviews if I could.

1. The shipment was substantially delayed from the original quoted date and costed more than what was advertised - Total item price worked out to be $36.16 CAD.

2. The product advertised was a cup that was "Made out of Minerals" but what I received was a plastic (or epoxy at best) cup that was almost 5 OZ smaller than what was quoted that had been spray painted to match the color of the order.

3. When I reached out for a refund this was the inital email that I received back:

Despite the fact that I've advised that I will not be covering the cost of the return label, they are still refusing to provide one. I've been going back and forth with the now for over a month and a half. As of yesterday I advised them that they can either give me the return shipping label or I will issue a chargeback with my financial institution.

It is also worth mentioning that despite multiple emails to them advising that they were scamming their customers, and falsely advertising their product to gain sales, there was no acknowledgement of any wrongdoing.

Please do not buy from this company as you will immediately regret your purchase and will be fighting with them for compensation.

Would put zero stars if possible. The ad itself actually shows the product receiving 407 5-star reviews. How on earth did they get them? They didn't. That's not a clickable link, it's merely a line of text. I have sent this to the California Attorney General's fraud division (their warehouse is in Moreno Valley, California, but their products are shipped from China) The Better Business Bureau rates them an F and I discovered I was the 43rd person to complain about these mugs. Particularly when I complained and the email said would have to return the items to China at my expense, which would cost more than any refund I would get. I hate it that their ads are still currently online.

This is a scam as everyone else has said. Cheap plastic cups, not crystal. I just disputed the charge on my credit card as I have not gotten a response from the email I sent to the company.

Product arrived 2 months after order when advertised as 2 weeks. Product nothing like pictures. Cheap painted plastic and advertises ad crystal mugs. Total scam.

Run FAST Run FAR!!!! I also ordered the "mineral cups" only to receive some cheap ugly plastic fake rock cups.
I purchased these for my daughter's birthday, but when they arrived, they were too UGLY to give as a gift. TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED !! I have asked for my money back, but only received (crickets). I just sent another email. lets see if they answer this one.

Not anything like what was advertised. Like others, I bought the mineral mugs. There is a video showing them carving out of actual rock on the website. What I received was about half the size of a normal coffee cup, made of plastic and had to be used with a stainless steel insert. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to pay to have them shipped back AND I would not be reimbursed for the shiping of the defective products to me.

This is a scam do not buy you will get cups which look like they have been made in a kindergarten class not crystal literally cheaply painted plastic DO NOT BUY!

Scammed just like everyone else. Stone mug is nothing like what was represented. Didn’t even look close to the pictures. They did respond by saying I can PAY to send them back.

The item I paid over 30.00 for is nothing like the description. They have no phone number to contact, and they wont respond to your email in a timely manner after taking my money. This site is a rip off, and I was too ashamed to present this to my boss as a gift. Wasted my money.

Very disappointed! The mug was plastic, not a mineral rock. The metal insert held 9 ounces, not 12-14. This was ordered well before Christmas but arrived a week after, and then I was embarrassed to give it my wife.

I didn't even want to hit the one star this company is a hoax there complete crooks false advertisement garbage crap they send out looks Nothing like what they advertised then when you try and get a refund they screw you over there to giving what I've read on these reviews I say we all get together and sue these morons

The item that was shipped was nothing like the item that was advertised.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The product online is vastly differnt from the junk I was sent and it was broken upon arrival! I contacted them for a refund and they delayed emails for close to a month and then sent an address in China with 2 pages of instructions, leaving me very wary yhat even if I sent it back I would not get a refund. Avoid them, scam!

I purchased two (2) "crystal" mugs for a gift. The items that arrived are not what was pictured at all and I feel very scammed. I have sent 10-15 messages to Grafton and Premier Trust asking for a return authorization, but have not received a response.

I ordered these mugs and not only are they not
"Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs" they turned out to be cheap plastic and poor quality to boot. I tried to notify them and have sent several emails...to no avail. I paid with a credit card and am filing complaint and refusing to pay due to false advertising.
