Joe has been great in helping 2 couples plan a dream trip to Scotland by rail for next Spring! He listened to what we wanted and accommodated us as well as making wonderful suggestions for itinerary edits along the way. As word got out among our friends 2 other couples are considering joining in our Scotland journey and Joe assured us he could make the necessary changes to accommodate us! I highly recommend Joe with GoRailTeavel for your travel needs!

Alex was a great help in tailoring our tour to be inclusive of our whole party. I made multiple changes throughout the process and Alex was patient and accommodating to get our family trip details just right. Thanks so much for helping check international travel off my mom's bucket list.

Tristan has been great to work with in planning a travel itinerary for my wife and I to make our first visit to Scotland and England. He is polite, patient, and well versed regarding various travel options. Tristan worked through 2-3 draft itineraries before he finalized and booked things for me today. He promised to remain involved, as needed, leading up to and through my travels in case any questions or issues arise that require his assistance and expertise. Thank you Tristan.

Joe was very knowledgeable about the rail rides and places in Scotland to visit. He took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The only thing that was a little difficult was hearing him on our conference call as there was a lot of background noise but other than that I would highly recommend Joe.
Thank you!

We have found our experience with your company to be seamless and very efficient. Sean has been a delight to work with even though we are probably not the easiest customers he has! We look forward to a continuing relationship with him and your company. Thank you for your patience and help with our once in a life time trip! George and June

Sean has been amazing! He is helpful and responsive to our questions and tailored our trip to our needs. We look forward to working with him as we finalize our plans.

Tristan was so patient and had such great ideas for my trip to Scotland. I had so many questions and he answered them all. He assured me he would be there the entire time if we needed assistance. I recommend working with him for all your travel needs

Joe @ GoTravel was awesome. He asked good questions and put together the perfect Scottish Rail Vacation. Excited to visit Scotland especially seeing how they were so good to the people of Boston. Made me want to visit Scotland before any other travels. Dee

Alex has been very helpful planning our trip. She has taken my requests and responded very promptly and communicates clearly.

We booked our first trip to Scotland through Go Rail Travel and are very happy we did. After an inquiry through the internet our agent (Sean) called and I gave him what we were looking for….within a few days he sent over an artinirary of his proposed trip. We booked it and just got back. Everything went fantastic…..a very clear package was sent over a couple weeks with all our tours, accommodations and transportation. Hotels were all fantastic and close to the stations we arrived at….always had priority with check ins as it was booked through the agency. Everything went especially smoothly which made it a once in a lifetime trip for me and my family. We had questions during the trip and Sean was always right there to clarify things for us. A definite A+ and would recommend them to anyone.

Over the past several weeks we've had the pleasure of working with Alex on our itinerary for our first trip to Ireland (and also first rail travel). I had a response on the day of my first email inquiry and she has never wavered. She answers all our questions and has been attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable and personable! Alex is in my opinion, top of the list, and one of the best we have ever worked with. Very excited to begin our journey. Highly recommend.

Peter responded quickly to all questions and made planning our trip effortless on our end. When we asked for changes they were immediately responded to. We have never travelled to the UK before so this booking made it easy for us, we are really looking forward to our trip.

Before I connected with Sean, I read about Gorailtravel.com first, to assure me if it is a reliable and legitimate company. I heard great things about Sean so when He called me,I was ready to inquire about my trip to Switzerland, He was very friendly, very informative and knowledgeable about the spectacular places in Switzerland. He was inspiring, encouraging and knows about his stuff. I felt comfortable talking to him about my trip and very encouraging when my initial companion reneged on me. Because of that, I was able to encourage 2 college friends to come with me. I am talking to another nurse that agreed to come so there will be four of us. I am waiting for her to call/text me so I can be assured she is coming.
So from 2 people, I was able to definitely book three and probably four of us because of Shean. He is an asset to your company, He has a great personality, very personable, compassionate, very polite, very professional and very endearing! I am looking forward to finalizing this trip in the near future. Have a great day!!!

Very helpful and patient as we made several changes until we made our final decission. If our trip is a good as I think it is going to be we will use GOrailtravel to plan all our future trips to Europe

Shout out to Adam for fantastic customer service! Three rounds of itineraries later (because he is extremely patient) we are seeing so much more of Scotland than we imagined. In addition to accounting for the ideas we already had, he made suggestions we would never have come up with on our own. Will definitely be reaching out to him for our next Scotland adventure!

Tristan made this process easy and built in trust that this will be an amazing trip. I would highly recommend Gotravel and Tristan as a contact. Booking and requesting information has never been easier.

Tristan was amazing. He had incredible follow through, great suggestions, a positive attitude, and a wonderful sense of humor. I know I booked a fabulous trip, thanks to Tristan!

Alex was an absolute super star in crafting our trip to be exactly what we wanted. She worked hard to work around some health issues I was having and still make this dream trip a reality despite several changes as we personalized our vacation.
Patient, understanding and caring, heavy on the patience.

So far Tristan has been very helpful and made our experience easy

Alex was a pleasure to work with in designing a rail vacation to Scotland. We found her to be very knowledgeable and personable. She made the planning easy and fun, and we can't wait to experiencing Scotland!
