We had the absolute BEST experience working with John at Go Scottish Tours while planning our girls trip to Scotland. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every possible way.

What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process. He handled all of the planning so we didn’t have to stress about a single detail, which allowed us to just get excited about the trip. He even created a detailed itinerary AND a personalized video walking us through every part of our journey, which was incredibly helpful and such a special touch.

On top of that, John was endlessly patient with all of our questions (and we had a lot!). He was responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect for us.

We submitted a request via the link online to only gather information. Within a day, we were provided with an idea of a proposed itinerary with various price points and options. Once the inquiry was made, Garreth reached out via phone to introduce and gather information. Throughout this process, he has been very patient with all our inquires and responds very quickly despite the time zone difference. I will most certainly recommend this to anyone looking to put together a trip and cannot say enough about the help provided.
