Ciara was so helpful in absolutely tailoring our trip to our personal preferences. She was kind, patient with our changes we wanted to make, and enthusiastic about our plans. I am happy with every aspect of Go Italia and their help in planning our 30th anniversary trip to Italy so far!

Wow! What a difference a day makes! We started planning our Italy trip with a different company and were treated horribly, like cattle being herded to slaughter and there would be no deviation in the plan or itinerary! My friend then found goitaliatrips and we were treated like beloved family members that were welcome to do whatever suited us! Adam couldn’t have been more helpful putting us at ease, listening to our wishes and putting joy and excitement back into travel planning. He made us feel as though he was happy to answer any questions and to structure our trip however we wanted, offering his expertise and suggestions to ensure we got the dream trip we hoped for! We had the pleasure of also working with Tommy who stepped up to help finalize all our details when Adam was off so that we could be sure they had gotten all of our questions answered and had selected wonderful excursions and accommodations to make a memorable trip for us to enjoy! Tommy made sure we knew they were available and happy to assist us in any way moving forward should there be changes or issues to address! 5 stars isn’t enough, goitaliatrips deserves at least 10! We are already talking about our next trip we will book with them, thank you so much!

Adam and Tommy are the best. Adam couldn't have made arranging our trip easier. He and Tommy made us feel recognized and understood of what we wanted with our trip to Italy. I love how easy it was. He has planned every detail including transportation and lodging. I am extremely excited for this trip. Also the payment plan is helpful. Adam asked all the right questions, didn't hesitate to change the itinerary as many times as needed. I am forever grateful I found, Goitaliatrips.com! Thank you so much for your kindness and consideration of our needs and wants.

Philip created the perfect itinerary for us for our Italy trip. He listened to our needs and made adjustments as we requested. We are excited for our trip thanks to Philip.

Brooke did an excellent job of setting up our trip, answering my questions, making the trip special and taking care of details I might have missed. She provided excellent communication and kept things moving forward. I have never used a travel service before. I would recommend GoItalia.

Tommy has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in planning and personalizing a group trip to Italy . He has great listening and communication skills and has been so accommodating with every step of creating a beautiful trip that I know will please all 16 travelers! He is a natural for his job, a real delight with a great sense of humor! I have been planning trips for groups for over 30 years and I found Tommy to be the best yet!

My partner and I just completed a delightful and informative video chat with Tommy. He is amazing! Professional, friendly, and attentive.
My partner and I are taking our first trip together, and I want everything to be arranged- no worries, no stress, just enjoy Italy with my new love.
Tommy is responsible for my happiness.
He made the changes to the itinerary that we asked for, and had great suggestions all around.
If you want a curated trip planned with you in mind, you gotta go with Tommy!

Philip, Tom and Brooke were fabulous and very committed to making this trip work. I would use them again in future for any trips. Philip was very professional and even though the trip didn’t work out, he was kind in his response. He helped make things as easy as possible for the group.

Our agent, Tommy, was so very nice and helpful trying to find us a tour in our budget. He was so much fun to talk to (loved the accent!) even though the time difference meant him working a little late he was gracious about it.

I had the pleasure of working with Tommy in planning my vacation. He was very knowledgeable on the country I want to visit. He offered wonderful ideas on where to visit and gave me excellent advice on how to get around. I now feel very confident and have complete peace of mind. I will definitely work with Tommy again for any future travel plans.

Had an incredible time in Rome, Florence and Naples.
Rome was definitely our favourite, there was so much history to take in and I'm definitely going to be back.
The highlights were in Vatican and the pasta!
For the best carbonara, look for Zi Rosetta near the Pantheon.
Tommy and the team were full of great advise and really made us feel so at ease about the whole trip.
We're very grateful and wishing we were back there!

Just booked our trip to Italy. Tommy sent a video of our trip and answered any questions we had and eased any concerns we had navigating around Italy. We are very excited for our trip in May! Thank you Tommy!

Tommy has been great to work with! He has provided great ideas for a wonderful itinerary. We are so grateful for his help in planning our trip. Could not do it without his support and knowledge.
