Great service
The suit cases we ordered came next day delivery as promised
(Impressed). Unfortunately they were smaller than we anticipated. As we had left it very late to purchase them we decided to go with our old ones. My husband rung them and asked if we could return them. He said the gentleman was very polite and even said we could return them when we returned from our Holiday so no panic. The personal touch was refreshing. Thank you

Amazing value, quick delivery, 10/10
Always wary of buying when the price seems too good but had no reason to worry. Delivery was so fast and the goods just as described. Far cheaper than other places-we got 2 samsonite cases in forest green. Brilliant!

Everything went smoothly.
Ordering was easy. I got what I wanted cheaper than from the actual brand's web stores and didn't have to order from multiple sites to get what I needed (will be leaving the country soon, so need to be organized with luggage). Delivery was fast with DPD, no issues at all.

Next day delivery for an important trip- amazing.
I left it very late to decide i needed a new duffle bag for a 3 week trip to South America - my bad. I needed a 130L duffle the next day before leaving for my flight at 1300. eek! Liam was brilliant ordering next day delivery before noon (not guaranteed). The bag arrived at 1100 :-)). I was so happy to see it and it was just right for the trip. I will be ordering all future luggage from these guys thanks to their super service.

Urgently needed a new cabin case .
Urgently needed a new cabin case .. we were travelling in a couple of days and I had missed the cut off time for next day delivery. I rang on the off chance to see if they could help! Excellent customer service, great communication before and after I'd placed an order and case arrived by 11.00 the next morning. Great product came well packaged and cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Great friendly service would highly recommend
