I made a typo when entering the delivery postcode for my order resulting in the suitcase being returned to sender. Goplaces were very helpful at correcting my mistake and prompt at getting it re-despatched back out to me. Top service!

We would never buy a joules bee case again, rubbish quality as this case got damaged to the point of no repair without ever going on a plane, still the damage was put down to third party damage and not covered under warranty

Very happy with the items we received & we received them reasonably promptly. Disappointed that the 2 items ordered together were shipped in separate parcels, when they could easily have been packaged together. Despite being dispatched at the same time from the same place, they got separated in the delivery system and then sent out with different DPD drivers. One arrived morning first thing and the other arrived in the evening. Irritating and wasteful

We ordered a suitcase but decided to return it. It cost £11 to return it. No-one was available to receive the return at GoPlace address and ParcelForce could therefore not deliver it. It has cost us a further £20 to return the item to our address.
