Item delivered in 24 hours even although I didn’t opt for next day delivery. Great price. Very pleased . Would highly recommend

Exactly what you want from online ordering. Good quality products with competitive pricing delivered in a timely manner. No hassles and no dramas. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Great price and free delivery. I had not heard of luggage superstore before and was wary as the deal seemed too good to be true. Excellent service and speedy dispatch. Their communication was on point. The only let down was DPD who delivered late but that is not the fault of luggage superstore.

Online shopping was easy and quick, with many options to choose from. Delivery service was similarly quick, my luggage arrived on the second working day after purchase.

Luggage arrived in great conditions and ready to use as advertised. Very satisfied with the price paid for my luggage. Definitely recommend buying from Luggagesuperstore, where I will be making future bag and luggage purchases.

I ordered a Samsonite 3 Piece Luggage Set from Luggage Superstore. My order was confirmed and payment was taken, only for them to cancel it shortly after due to a stock error on their end.

When I asked for a fair resolution - like a comparable alternative or a discount on a replacement - they refused. Instead, customer service offered me the code "TRAVEL10" as a "gesture of goodwill."

However, this exact code is actively advertised on the banner of their public homepage for any visitor to use.
Passing off a standard public discount as a special apology for their own mistake is incredibly lazy customer service.

Poor inventory management and disappointing support. I will not be shopping here again.

Ordered suitcase late afternoon. It arrived by lunchtime next day! Very impressed with first time experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ordered two American tourister cabin suitcases, they were a good price from luggage superstore, unfortunately the cases were delayed in transport, but luggage superstore were great with communication and I felt reassured. All in all a great transaction and I’d have no qualms in using luggage superstore again .

Great prices, speedy delivery and goods were in perfect condition. Very impressed - would highly recommend 😊

Competitive price, great range of products and super fast next day delivery

The case arrived promptly, exactly as ordered. Having now travelled with it, I am very satisfied. An ideal size for a short trip and as cabin bag on flights. The top pocket is useful, a good place for medication, phone charger etc. So far, so good. The weak point on these cases is the extendable handle, so we'll see how this one lasts.

Really fast delivery - ordered at 12 lunchtime and delivered 24hours later by DPD. Great delivery service. Would definitely recommended Luggage Superstore

Bought 3 samsonite Essen suitcases in 2 orders. I received excellent polite service with next day delivery and I would highly recommend.

Patrick is an absolute master at his craft and treats you like family. Separate to purchasing a SAMSONITE suitcase, just spending time with him lifts your spirits. He is engaging and professional. I was even able to park my car outside the shop at no cost! A million thankyou’s! 10/10!!!!

Bought an Eastpak Resistr for £190 inc next day delivery. Was £330 on Amazon, John Lewis and even Eastpaks own site. Ordered 3pm, arrived 8am next day.
Would recommend wholehearedly. Brilliant!

Looking to replace my old American Tourister case LS had the most competitive price with free delivery. Last minute order was dealt with immediately and delivered promptly with great service from delivery company. The case was exactly what I wanted but unfortunately due to a manufacturer defect ( no fault of LS) there was an issue with the lock . The service I received when the fault was brought to their attention was exceptional, new case delivered and faulty one returned straight away. Communication was excellent and prompt. New case now ready for my next trip. Best company I’ve dealt with in a long time .

Good choice, cheapest prices and very fast delivery. What’s not to like.

Excellent service. Ordered luggage on Tuesday, arrived the following day via courier, within the time limit stated. Well packaged item. Easy to use website when ordering. Was kept informed via e-mail and text regarding the delivery status. All in all, an excellent service from start to finish.

Superb customer service - I ordered three items, but then realised that one of them was not the thing I wanted. I messaged the team on WhatsApp and on email and Sarah replied to both messages promptly confirming that she had cancelled the erroneous part of the order and that the rest of the order would be unaffected and would still arrive in the original timescales. Would definitely order from this website again. Also the price for the items was much better than I was able to find them for elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, very helpful when I contacted them and super fast delivery, would recommend.

I spoke to customer services to query stock levels and price matching on two Samsonite suitcase. Kelly from the customer service team was very helpful and great at communicating on the phone and by mail. The order was delivered the next morning by DPD and the small refund for price match difference refunded the same day via PayPal. I was very impressed with the service overall.
