Rip-off with shady extra-fees
Would not recommend to anyone. Be careful when being asked for paying extra fees! We, tourists from Germany, booked a gojek from the airport in Surabaya to Malang and paid the price in the app with credit card. The app and the gojek- lady at the airport told us that toll fee and parking is excluded and we have to pay it in cash to the driver at the end of the trip. It would be 235.000 RP. So far so good. However, by checking the real prices for toll on the road, our calculation at the end of the trip was only 85.000 RP. By calling the Airport lady she told us so-called "editing fees" have to be paid, too. However, nothing like that is stated anywhere in the gojek-guidlines. So, be careful when booking a gojek and having to pay shady extra fees! Kind of like a Tourist rip-off with unprofessional staff. Will never book again.

I had the misfortune of booking a car…
I had the misfortune of booking a car with Gojek recently, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. After waiting for a whopping 20 minutes, the driver was nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, instead of heading towards my pickup location, the driver seemed to be driving further and further away, leaving me stranded and clueless about what to do next.
In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, I tried to contact Gojek’s customer support, only to find out that there was no way to reach them. It was as if they had vanished into thin air, leaving customers like me hanging in limbo with no assistance whatsoever.
After the incident, I reached out to their customer support in hopes of finding some sort of resolution, but all I received was a generic, templated response that did nothing to address my concerns. It’s clear that Gojek not only fails to deliver on its promises of reliable transportation but also lacks the basic decency to provide adequate support to its customers when things inevitably go wrong.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid using Gojek at all costs. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction are simply unacceptable.

Gojek very poor service at Bali
We take some Gojek in our trip to Bali, the experience was very poor, in our fist ride I forget my graduated glasses in the taxi and they said they weren’t in and they recommended my, in the future, to check before to leave the taxi. The second time the driver ask us the doble of the rate showed in the app as we didn’t agree he canceled the ride, and the last one stop the taxi 10 minutes walking far away, because there was a lot of traffic we have to carrying 2 suitcases each!! Incredible!! I don’t recommend at all!

We, 4 people were at Jurong East Private bus pickup passed 0000 hrs on 13Fed2023, we were dead tired with our big bags and we ordered car from Gojek.
Driver came but at the opposite site of destinated pickup, we waved at him but he drove away and so we waited for him to U-turn to pick up at the correct pickup. The driver never mention anything about delay n its charge untill I checked my bill much later. I paid by Paylah.
We never delay boarding the person who delayed is the driver, the driver delay in pickup .... this .... if there's a delay charge THE DRIVE SHOULD PAY US!
