Adam was very helpful, understood my oven needs a new fan element and arranged for an engineer to visit to fix the problem. Only issue I have is Adam said fix date was 20th March 2026 and have just received confirmation it has now moved to the 21st. I hope that it gets fixed on that date as am unable to doing baking for the weekend. Adam was very polite and provided concise details on cost and service. Thznk you very much

Was a bit disappointed as requested flowers to be delivered on 31 Jan 2026 and they were not delivered until 2nd January. I did not receive any notification as to why late delivery. That would have been nice to have been informed of the delay. Hence a lower rating, sorry. Not a normal issue I've not experienced before from Seranata flowers.

Installing fibre to my home by open reach was done on day stated. Engineers were very polite and job was completed in a fast and timely manner. The engineers arrived at time pre-arranged via message. Very good service

Have always had exceptional service from HSBC. staff are always very helpful. Bank keeps me updated on new services and any upgrades that are coming up.

Liked that I could order a new fridge on Monday and have it delivered today Wednesday of the same week. Delivery chaps were very polite and helpful. Nice to see.

These shoes are very comfortable, just right for this time iof the year. The leather is very soft leather and the inner sole is also very soft. I like the hand stitching, gives them a different look

So easy buying on-line for family who live over 270 miles away. Did buy for easter but think some may have already been polished off as they love Hotel Chocolat goods. Delivery arrived in good time as promised and will be using this way to get gifts to people in the future. After all, who does not love chocolate.

Didnt get my last shop delivered. Got a £10 voucher which had to spend with Sainsbury's for the inconvenience of non-delivery. Not best pleased as I coould not use another voucher to get money off my over £80 order. Had to fire up the car, drive to a supermarket to get food for that weekend when their computer crashed. Not my fault but as spend a bit with Sainsbury's, thought they could have been a bit more generous especially as £10 voucher had to be spent in their shop!
