I was given givemecosemetics as a gift for Christmas - the box set! First time use this evening and I am beyond shocked at how nice it’s made my hair look and feel! I have very thick frizzy hair and the products have done wonders for my hair - better than other products that cost way more!!! I used the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, heat protector, hair repair then the serum and WOW I couldn’t be more impressed!!! I will be buying more once I have got through this :)

For me To make the effort to leave a review , Trust me it’s got to be great. I’ve seen the adverts like many and never ordered but this week thought well there’s an offer on why not. Within 3 days I had my order. I bought the purple box papaya I think. Full size products including heat protection spray, shampoo, conditioner hair mask and more. The shampoo smelt amazing lathers well and once rinsed my hair felt not just clean but light weight . It didn’t feel weighed down like other shampoos I’ve used. I then used the conditioner and serum and honestly my hair feels and looks amazing and for an older lady it takes a lot for my hair to do anything. I’m hooked from one use. I will definitely be trying other scents. I cant believe I hadn’t tried sooner. Oh also super cute brush came in the box and a hair mask. Fabulous product for a small price would also make a great gift as so much in the box. Finally I’ve found a great product at an even greater price.

Products may be ok but the customer service is diabolical. I order a few box sets for christmas gifts but when they arrived the box was soaking wet and crushed (even though it wasn't raining) so I contacted customer service and sent pics but they said they couldn't see any damage from the pics. I asked them to send me a return label or QR code so I could return them then they would be able to see the damage and they refused. No way could i have gifted them so Ive binned the items and won't ever order from them again. Especially as they wouldn't even support me in returning the products. Ill be looking into doing a charge back now instead to get my money back!
So since this review i have had numerous more emails from Give Me saying as I had requested a return label (even though I was unable to print this or even use it) they are going to charge me the cost of the processing the return label!!! I mean, wow! So not only have i been unable to return them, they're saying their guna charge me extra for not being able to print off a return label that I never used anyway.
I find their reply to this factually incorrect also. If anyone needs to see any of the emails or pics id be more than willing to send them. Dont want anyone else having the problems I had.

I ordered a bundle and they sent me the wrong conditioner. I obviously chased it and got a speedy reply. I explained I wanted to exchange the wrong conditioner for the right one. They responded with " we sent the different conditioner because the correct one was out of stock. I am now expected to send the bundle back and pay postage myself ! WHY? It was their mistake ! ? JUST SEND ME THE CORRECT CONDITIONER WHEN ITS BACK IN STOCK ! I am angry, especially when I am a regular customer!

Placed an order for a men’s gift set for my son for Christmas it showed the 3 items in the box on the website. Every single influencer that reviewed and pushed these products on social media all showed unboxing from a gift box. My order arrived in a flimsy brown envelope that is ripped, how can you give this for a gift? Contacted and the replies are blunt and unhelpful

SECOND UPDATE
Received an insult of a reply, total rip off of a company I’ll know in future to stay clear. Any company who things it’s ok to send toiletries in a flimsy brown envelope that arrives ripped to bit doesn’t deserve my business. Customer service agents would need retrained also!

Placed an order on the 28.11.25. Still not received my order. They told me it had been sent to an InPost locker but InPost told me they didn’t have it. I get a notification yesterday saying it has been returned back to sender… trying to request a refund but so hard to get hold of them and they just ignore you. 😢

Absolutely horrible experience. On 1st of December got email about shipping my order. But now on 11th of December package is still with sender. When I contacted after 7 days I got response about escalating it to get it posted yet since then nothing changed and never get anymore response from them.

4th order from give me cosmetics, not happy with delivery times every time takes nearly 2 weeks for delivery at first I thought it was the delivery company but turns out my orders dont get even gwt processed for nearly a week then its a long dispatch not ideal. Dont like the shampoo range
Positives the hair scents are amazing
Be careful if buying for gifts to purchase at least 3 weeks before you need it !

Placed my order on 20/11 and I have still not received it. I’ve contacted customer service and was told to check with neighbors even though the tracking had shown it wasn’t ever out for delivery. They then advised me they would contact Yodel and investigate but I’ve not heard anything for over a week now! To rub salt on the wound, they sent me an email asking me if I would like to restock my products…. Which I never received. Really not happy and I would like a refund.

Absolutely horrendous from start to finish. I ordered £26.90 worth of hair products on the 16th of November and they arrived on the 19th with no issues. I then placed another order for £59.98 worth of products during the Black Friday deal on the 28th of November—items my daughter had chosen for her birthday.
The shipment was delayed, and despite checking the tracking daily (as her birthday had already passed), delivery was never attempted. Eventually the tracking updated to say the shipment was damaged and being returned to the sender. I emailed them immediately, explaining the situation and asking for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
Instead, I received an email saying the Black Friday bundle deal was no longer available and that some items would need to be refunded. I replied asking if there was another solution, as these were my daughter’s birthday presents and she was expecting them. After checking online, I saw that everything inside the bundle was still available to order individually at full price— but the Black Friday bundle boxes were unavailable. It seemed reasonable to expect some kind of alternative or goodwill gesture.
Instead, they responded by processing a full refund without addressing my email at all. My daughter now has nothing, despite the order being paid for, and their lack of effort to help has been incredibly disappointing. It feels like they were happy to take the money during Black Friday, but if anything goes wrong with their courier, you’re out of luck unless you pay full price again.
Customer service has been absolutely shocking. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will never order from them again.

The worse the customer service awful may as well talk to yourself as just goes round in a circle. product wasn't how it was advertised made my hair strip from colour and feel awful, i stated this which was asked for it to be returned once returned they refused refund as was slightly used which i stated now out of pocket and product although wouldn't used again but it's the principle as i've paid for it.

I never ever write reviews but I genuinely am blown away by the experience i’ve had with Give Me’s customer service.
I spent quite a substantial amount of money on their black friday sale (incredible sale!!). The large order was dispatched in a couple of days however yodel returned my package to give me.
I contacted customer service to let them know and to ask if they could re send it once they’ve received the return.
I had a message back the next day letting me know that a new order was on its way, i received a fresh order confirmation and tracking and I didn’t have to wait for my original parcel to be returned back to them. There was no fuss at all, it was fantastic.
My package has arrived today and every item is in there including a free mystery bundle as I spent over a certain amount. The products in the bundle are full sized and incredible.
I am a give me lover anyway but this has made them my favourite brand. I will be re ordering the items from the mystery bundle also as I’m in love already as they’re items i’d never usually order so it’s amazing to try.
Thank you Give Me, you have made Christmas shopping incredibly stress free!
10/10 incredible.

I cannot fault this company! Ordering was extremely straightforward and delivery was quick. I did have a problem of my own making, but Sam was quick to resolve the issue and put me on the right track. I’d like to thank Sam for being so patient and providing excellent, efficient, customer service and of course an excellent product! 😊

I ordered a Black Friday bundle .. TWICE. Both times it was lost and I never received it. I did get refunded eventually for the first one. The 2nd one I am literally being ignored by both GIVE ME COSMETICS (the irony is they have not “given me” anything) and Yodel. I’ve spent literally hours trying to get somewhere with this. The business chat agent on FACEBOOK clearly could not be bothered and just gave me pre written responses. Total waste of time!

Order arrived with one set missing and i am being told that i need to contact police to investigate even though there was no damage to parcel received so it was never packed

If you care to check your reply on Paypal you will see i was asked to contact police or governing body , this i will not do as the packaging was not damaged so nothing was taken afyer leaving your company.

Give Me Cosmetics use Yodel as their courier service who lose parcels. They are aware of this issue using Yodel, but state they will continue to use Yodel to deliver their products! Terrible service.

Have been using Giveme cosmetics shampoo and conditioner for quite a while. Also use the heat defence spray, serum and hair repair,
I bought some defence spray and serum whilst on offer, opened it yesterday after finishing my last one and the pump
isn’t working. Reported it today to be told it’s over the 30 days returns policy.
I only opened it yesterday how was I meant to know it would be faulty?!! I’ve also bought my daughters gifts which haven’t been opened for Christmas as they too were on offer. What if they are faulty when they open them?!?
Really disappointed with the customer service after being a loyal customer for a number of years.
Update further email sent to confirm they would be sending a replacement heat defence spray have updated to 3 stars but feel the original response was unnecessary. I feel as a valued customer with no previous requests for faulty goods that this should have been taken into consideration straight away.
