Worst experience ever first time ordering from here for my daughter's birthday present when I have paid for it.and it has never been shipped and still no tracking number like they promised I complaint but all they care is the money not the customer

Missing most my order, emailed photos and stated if no response i will be starting a chargeback, to be told by the delightful woman to wait 72 hours for a response and because i mearly mentioned chargeback they couldnt assist me anymore. Surely as a company you want to resolve the issue before it even come to a chargeback but no basically told to go away the more i email the less likely i am to get a response. I havent got my money back or my missing items I've filled in the forms I've sent pictures and still nothing. Used give me for years too dont think I will be anymore

Amazing hair products! I have wavy, frizzy hair and most the time I struggle to get a brush through it, my mum bought be the set for my birthday and wow! Hairbrush goes straight through it now no trouble, serum makes it super soft and heat protector does the job and smells great, we have just ordered another box set and will be ordering more for Christmas presents. No problem with website or delivery! Very happy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a hair care gift set and when it arrived it didn’t have the full items that were described on box. I emailed customer services and kept receiving an automated service. I provided all the pics and details that they required and continued to receive emails saying I didn’t respond. I put comment on Facebook and they contacted me on Facebook straight away and just said they were out of stock and I wouldn’t receive the items missing. They said they would refund £3.30!! When I questioned this they said just to send it back. Terrible customer service!!!!

Made an order on a Thursday by Monday afternoon was delivered, one of the gift box was without a product but contacted customer service, sent the relevant evidence that was requested and within the same day was sent the missing item. Great products, great customer service. Accidents and missing products happen so I wasn’t angry about this and I cannot fault how quickly and effectively my issue was resolved! Will 100% be ordering more.

If I could give no stars for this company then I would. Having just had a shocking & appalling experience with them. I would avoid at all costs. They care more about their profits than their customers.
The Shampoo & Conditioner did the opposite to their claims on their packaging. Made my scalp dry & my hair greasy. Despite this, they have not allowed me to cancle or modify my subscription.
Be aware of signing up to any subscriptions as they remove your rights to cancel at any point. Locking you in to a minimum 2 payment term. Regardless of whether you get on with their products or not & then refuse to offer you a more suitable alternative. No customer care what so ever. Just money grabbers. NEVER have I ever experienced this before. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a bundle from them and it came in a cheap cardboard box with a large delivery label and not the presentation box I usually receive. This was for a present and without the box it will look cheap and tacky. After several emails they are refusing to send me a box.

I’ve been using Give me shampoo and conditioners for well over a year now. Fabulous products recently ventured in to their skin range and they are just as good. Fabulous quality. Just bought lots of their gift sets in Black Friday sale for Christmas presents.

I have ordered many items from them over the years and love their products and recommend them to friends. Never before had an issue. The orchard dreams cream and body spray is amazing. However I've recently ordered as I have many times before the 5 skin routine set and one of the items is missing. On their website the pictures and description says that it is included. Plus the packaging shows a picture of the item that should be there. I messaged the company to say that it is missing and I'm told that I did not order that missing item and it is not included. It says a five step routine and not 4!! Why not just say sorry and agree to send missing item.Why lie!!! They are investigating but I'm disappointed with their attitude.
Edit since writing this review yesterday I did get another email from the company this morning apologising and have sent me the missing product. Thank you Give Me Cosmetics for dealing with this issue quickly.

Absolutely terrible customer service, Yodel said they delivered to my address, but did not, even the delivery photo, was of the wrong house!!! This awful company more or less called me a liar, by not believing me!!!! Don’t order from this company, all they are interested in, is taking your money, !!! Beware!!!!

Wouldn’t use this company!
You go round and round in circles with the customer service! There More for money than genuine customers.
My parcel was left outside while no one was home and can’t even get a refund. Id avoid and use other companies.

Placed a biggish order yodel have said they delivered yesterday which they didnt instead delivered me 2 huge parcels for 2 different people and 2 different addresses and marked it down as delivered for my parcel total lie i have cctv footage of the 2 parcels that was delivered,now if a shampoo set it 3ft tall and that heavy the delivery driver couldnt carry it the jesus it would last years give me cosmetics have now refused to refund me and are ignoring any messages.Ive spoken with inpost who own yodel and they have told me the parcel is delayed yet marked as delivered i have 6 cctv cameras round my house to prove just how big these parcel were certainly not shampoo boxes i dont lie unlike yodel and now my emails and messages are being ignored well my next step is the ombudsman and legal route my 2 daughters are now out of pocket because yodel have lied all we want is the refund but nope being ignored no off of investigation nothing.Used give me cosmetics for years spending ££££ at a time certainly wont be using no more now my girls have been ripped off disgusting customer service and suprise suprise no number to call on.

I ordered a cosmetics gift for my Sisters Birthday at least 3 weeks in advance. The carrier, Yodel failed to deliver it and i wasn't notified at all. It was returned to the company with no explanation. The only way i learned of its non delivery was when i enquired to my sister (who is recovering from cancer treatment) about the gift, to be told nothing had arrived. Give me Cosmetics have yet to explain what has gone wrong or issue any kind of apology or refund. So far the only contact i seem to have had is from some AI chatbot.

I purchased shampoo and conditioner with next day delivery on 22/09 for my holiday. It’s now 25/09 and nothing has arrived — Yodel tracking still says ‘with sender,’ so the items clearly haven’t even been dispatched.
I had to repeatedly chase for a refund of the delivery fee, and instead of refunding the full £4.99 in one go, they first sent me £2.00, then another £1.00 when I challenged it, and finally £1.99 to make up the rest. This kind of response is unprofessional and shows they can’t manage a basic refund correctly.
Very disappointing experience and I’ll never order again. Still don't have my items and no response from the company on when they'll arrive.

I ordered the blonde shot shampoo and conditioner as a birthday gift. It arrived in an envelope full of the purple product. I reached out with a photo attached and was told it was transferred to the relevant people to investigate. Nothing since after sending numerous emails. Avoid! I am now without the products and refund. I've given all the information with attached photo. Received nothing!!!

I placed an order with this company and it’s my first experience with them, sadly it hasn’t been a good one . I ordered 3 items and only 1 was in the package. The brown package was placed half in and half out of my letter box. I contacted customer service after tracking my order and they said al 3 items were delivered in the one parcel. I have done everything they have asked of me , checked around my property, asked neighbours, sent a photo of my delivery and I keep being passed around the houses and repeatedly being asked to give the same information over and over again . I’m now really Annoyed as not moving forward with this and no resolution for me . I’ve done nothing wrong , paid for goods not received. Asked for a refund for my missing items and nothing . I’ve had to order elsewhere as needed for my holiday
Will not be ordering from them again
