Excellent service . Lovely products.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gigil. The delivery took around two weeks, even though the website indicated that it should take only one week.
The communication was extremely poor throughout the process. When I wanted to return the item, the company did not provide a workable return option or any meaningful assistance. I ultimately had to arrange and pay for the return shipment myself from Germany, which cost me around €30.
Longer-than-promised delivery times, poor communication, and no proper support with returns make this shop impossible to recommend… especially for customers in Europe outside the UK!

Do not buy from this company. Bags are not cheap at (£140). I bought a changing bag last August and the zip has already broke last month despite the bag having very light use. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement and was told they only stand over products for six months.. for the price this is ridiculous. Very disappointed and would advise anyone looking for a changing bag to look elsewhere and not waste money on a Gigil bag.

In response to below feedback - the zip should also be covered by a 12 month warranty - ridiculous it is only covered for 6 months and the bag is now no longer usable as it doesn’t close. Having seen other negative reviews I know I’m not the only one very annoyed that Gigil do not stand over their products for a year after including zip. Bag will be thrown in the bin - what a waste of £140.

Great company and products, the staff were really helpful when we've had questions about the products. Still using our changing bag for our second daughter that we bought a few years ago for our first. Now we have have the teddy bundle too, wish this was out when we had our first daughter, lovely set!

Poor quality products. The seam at the top of the bag has started to come away. They are selling these bags for £140. Not cheap in the slightest. Less than a year of use, with minimal weight placed inside it. As I stated to them in their email- I have a Temu changing bag that has lasted longer with not a mark or rip on it. Really disappointing. They responded to say they would pass on to their product development team…. lol. I would genuinely consider if these bags are worth that price point before you purchase, as the quality and workmanship of the bag is substandard. What a shame!

Fast shipping and products came as described

I bought a baby bag (Luxe 2) earlier this week and absolutely love it! It fits everything I need for my newborn and feels really well made.

After I ordered, I noticed the bag had gone on sale, so I contacted the them to ask about it. They got back to me the same day and immediately processed a partial refund for the difference in price.

Brilliant customer service, quick response, and a genuinely great product. Couldn’t be happier!

I purchase the Luxe (2.0) changing bag - the bag itself was wonderful and I received lots of compliments! It’s roomy and fits everything I need for my baby, whilst not sacrificing on style. However, after several uses, the stitching on the zip started to come away. I contacted customer service as the bag was still within the 1 year warranty period, and a lovely lady named Wendy came back to me more or less immediately apologising and offering to honour the warranty and replace the bag. The replacement bag was shipped that same day, and arrived within 2 days. I was incredibly impressed with Wendy and the customer service in general. I highly recommended purchasing from Gigil - I would definitely shop there again.

I am yet to receive my order as I believe it’s held up at customs. I’m unsure of why the necessary information wasn’t handed over when the items were sent, but I truly hope I receive it before my baby arrives.

I wanted a voucher for my daughter but as normal now email voucher but iwould like to present the same as a gift.Gigil were so helpful and arranged and sent to me a proper card voucher beautifully presented. Couldn't ask for more many thanks Gigil

This is my second time purchasing from Gigil, and I'm always impressed by the great quality and stylish design of their products. I ended up returning the bag only because it was smaller than I needed. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the return policy — it's a bit disappointing to have to pay for returns, especially given the higher price point of the items. Most premium brands offer free delivery and returns once you spend a certain amount, so I expected something similar here.

Great service and great product. Very spacious and design is lovely.
