Easy process to create a custom frame, but poor execution. Glass was a very rough cut. There was adhesive on the glass. The matting with also poorly cut. I will not be using this site again

Very long wait for item to be shipped even though it was prefabricated. Once shipped, however, it arrived very quickly. Frame is decent — somewhat cheap appearing but in line with the price I paid.

I ordered several mats and needed a little help figuring out how to get double mats. They came fast and are beautiful. Just what I wanted!

Frame is almost perfect, if only it had glass glazing instead of plastic! Thank you to Andrew for walking me through how to use the website tools, and making sure we got the right look and fit for what I needed. Would like to buy all my custom frames here, but please give a glass option! :)

Frames came in as I ordered them, however they were damaged in shipping.

Price was decent, however I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the frames.

EDIT: After I contacted them, they were very nice and offered (and sent) replacement frames for the ones damaged in shipping

Excellent customer service!!! An error was made on my order as I ordered rounded corners and was sent oval and I contacted the company about the problem. I was told to keep the original order rather than return and they would send a replacement. Five days later the replacements arrived. Both shipments were packaged so there was no chance of damage. The product exceeded my expectations.

The glass in one of my frames was broken when it arrived. I’m not going to worry about it though. One of them can just not have glass.

Great experience picking out and purchasing my frames for some prints I had been meaning to frame for years.

The frames came very quickly after the order was shipped (it was a few days to put the order together) and everything turned out beautiful. Much better quality than I expected for the price.

frames are great, werent cracked, however it seems stupid to me i would have to pay an ‘oversized shipping fee’. they’re frames, they don’t fold or bend, obviously it was going to be a large package so why isn’t the price worked into the item price i’m already paying. i don’t like planning to buy things for a certain price just to be hit with a hidden fee at the very end out of no where.

The frame was nice but when stained 1 side seemed to be another wood type

Everything arrived on time--only 1 of the ready to hang frames was missing its piece--I could see the tape, but think in sliding into the biggest box, it must have been ripped off. There was nothing underneath or in the plastic wrapping. Easy to replace. Thank you for the great quality!

Excellent supplier. Great frames - fair price.

The frames arrived safely packed and braced in several layers of rigid cardboard. Easily opened and mostly recyclable.

The spring mounting clips in the Metal II frames make it fast and easy to secure glass, mat and backing into the frame. They make it easy to change out photos when the time come, too.

The clips also double as the hanging bracket. Being close to the top of the frame, the clip/bracket makes hanging the frame pretty easy.

And I love the way the thin, flat black frames look on my white walls!

Everything was great except having to hammer in the piece in the back. I was afraid I would crack the frame. I understand why you don’t though. Maybe hammer it in so it can be hung horizontally or vertically

A couple of the corners were not so great, there was a small split on one side at the joint.
The size was correct and the ordering was easy. Took a couple of weeks to arrive.

I received my frames in a reasonable time and everything was packaged well and I had no issues. Good experience overall.

This is my first time using Frame USA and it was a great experience. Phone help was great in helping to decide which frame. Frame is very reasonably priced and the quality is very good. The shipping fees, IMO, were a bit high, but even with that included the price was great. I would definitely use them again.
