The frame is very well constructed and is the color that I expected. It really goes well with the poster being framed. The frame was packaged securely and arrived without any damage.

I keep coming back back to order from this shop. Quality customer service and high quality product. The fact that the frames use real glass at such an affordable price is amazing!

The frames are really nice. It would be nice if the hangers would have been already applied, but we will manage. I was not completely satisfied with the answers I received with email communication. Basically, carefully giving me generic info that did not completely satisfy the questions asked.

I ordered my frames on August 26th. I called on September 3rd hoping to get the Labor Day discount and was told I couldn’t qualify and that my order was under way. I did not receive the order within the 5 to 6 shipping days and called. I was informed they were out of stock on the Frame Kits II. I was leaving for a trip on Sept 21 and had to get 12 pictures framed for a show that I had to hang the day after I returned from my trip. I was told kit I was available so I changed my order to those. I asked to have them shipped the fastest way possible. They arrived on the 19th of September giving me ONE DAY to frame my pictures.
This is not the first time my order has taken nearly a month to arrive. Needless to say the wear and tear on my nerves is enormous. Unfortunately you are the only place that sells frame kits so I am stuck. But I am NOT happy.

Ridiculous oversized packing ensured everything arrived safely. The frames are in beautiful condition and even the mix-matched ended up being the perfect combination.

Needed a custom frame, the process was easy (and fairy priced), and I got my new frame a couple weeks later. Would purchase again!

Got exactly what I ordered, for a good price, and shipped quickly. 10/10 experience. Would never use Hobby Lobby or other "big" hobby retailers for custom framing or matting going forward.

I don’t recommend the “Affordable Frames” because the styrene is incredibly cheap and reflects light, making it unusable. Mine also came jaggedly cut and uneven. When I approached customer service they refused to give a refund, even though the frame is unusable.

Very disappointed with this frame. I was expecting barnwood and got colored tape instead; plastic instead of glass.

We received our 2 assemble-yourself frame kits and had them finished and hanging on the wall within minutes. The kits had all the pieces we needed, were easy to assemble, came in the sizes we needed, were affordable, and looked great. The whole ordering process was easy and I'd definitely recommend them.

Frame and mats were just as I ordered. Came very quickly and securely packaged. Price was excellent for the product - I will definitely use this site again!
