Multiple items in my order were damaged and Frame USA immediately made it right and sent replacement items -at no cost to me- that were in perfect condition.

Great shipping - nice frame
Overall, I am satisfied with my order. The larger 27" x 41" poster size has some challenges to begin with. The frames were shipped very well and came in great shape. The challenge is to put the edges back on the poster without destroying the edge of the poster itself. If I had a suggestion would be to add 1/4'' inch around the edges. Also the hook for hanging could be a little stronger, but it is serviceable.

Great product, slacked finishing touches
The website experience and choices are great. The products delivered (frame, mating, etc.) are top notch. The finishing touch was a disappointment. Finished frame with printed picture had spots all over the glass, the pic and mating were disoriented, not secure. We had to disassemble the finished products, clean the glass and secure the pic and mating, and reassembly for all five frames. Obviously, the workers were in a hurry, lacked training or didn't pay attention to detail.

I wanted to buy a couple of frames with nonstandard dimensions. Looked in a lot of other places but Frame USA was the site that offered the most variety of options, especially accounting for nonstandard dimensions. Customer service was responsive, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others and come back should I need more frames.
