Great quality and great value for money !

When I received the frames the top glass of the top one was broken. On 12-18-23 Mandy/FrameUSA said she would send me new glass piece. Never received glass.

The frame was not well made. The black facing easily teared and although the joints connected firmly they will not last long with any amount of fiddling with. The paper like facing will scratch and wear poorly over time. It is hard to tell when bought online but for $100 i expected better quality. The protection of tbe acrylic frame was well done and it makes the art light for hanging.

Fast delivery, items of very nice quality, as described and expected. Also, packaged well. Will definitely recommend, and use again!

The frame looked horrible. At least 2 of the joints were not even and the inside sizing was straight at the top but slightly larger towards the bottom. Decided to go with your U-Frame metal sections. Which I ordered recently from you.

Frames were delivered very quickly. They were a far sub quality from what I expected. Corners didn't match up, wood was warped and pieces were literally breaking off as we were putting the pictures in. They look nice, but I don't expect the to last. I suppose for the price, they were ok.

The quality of the frame was way below expectations for the price paid. I feel deceived by the marketing of the frame material Bonanza Wood. The product looked like a dry erase board with a cheap frame. I was able to use the mat pieces that I received and purchased another frame from another company

The website is a huge help. Everything looks just as you expect it to. 💯 would recommend and buy from here again. Absolutely beautiful frame!

I thought it came with glass was very confusing and it didn’t give option to add glass so I figured it came too

My frame arrived quickly, but originally with some cosmetic damage. I filled out the google form and they sent a replacement quickly, which was completely damaged in a corner. I filled out the google form again and they sent another replacement quickly. This time it had no damage.

Nice frame, good price.

Frames were cut to size and were shipped, what seemed to be, really well packaged. Time from order to ship was great, and they're basically what I was looking for...
Unfortunately a couple of them came with rubbed spots or dings on the frames, not sure if that happened before or during shipping.
