this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a new fridge gasket. After it didn't show up 2 weeks later, I wrote to the company. They said it was backordered. Another two weeks passed. I wrote again. They said their supplier did not have the part. How would I like to proceed? I asked for my money back. No reply. Two weeks later I wrote. They said we will look into it. Nothing. Two weeks later I wrote again, and they said they don't have a record of the order. I am having to resort to fighting this through my card company.

No sure what happened here but did not go to different delivery address as required. Also huge amount of packaging not required, would have fitted in a small jiffy bag not the 200mm x 150mm 100mm box for a small rubber washer, not at all helping the environment and meant the postman could not put it through the letter box resulting in another journey to collect it from the post office!

After waiting over 3 weeks I contacted Fixparts for an update, they came back with supplier doesn't have stock and can't give a date for supply, I then asked for a refund, the day after I get notification that my part has shipped on a 24hr service, the part arrived on time and was correct, it seames Fixpart doesn't know what each department is doing and only got their act together when I asked for a refund.

Easy to identify correct part for machine. Accurate picture so i could remove it in advance without dismantling too much.

Originally purchased this item because the website stated delivery would take 3–5 days. However, three days later I received an email saying the part was not in stock and had to be specially ordered, which then took over two weeks to arrive. Very disappointing communication and delivery times.

Our LG TV developed a fault i.e. it started to take longer and longer to come on and then wouldn't come on at all. We contacted a few TV repair company's re the problem but, to no avail. We did some research online and found out it was potentially a relatively easy fix, for a known LG problem. After identifying the part number, we sourced the part through Fixpart. On delivery we replaced the faulty PSU and the TV worked perfectly. So thankyou for being able to supply the part we needed to fix our LG TV.

Appalling customer service. Missed a single delivery for a dishwasher hinge kit and FixPart now want to charge me another delivery fee while refusing to refund the original order. No phone support, painfully slow email replies, and responses that barely make sense. Avoid this company.

The freezer drawer was a perfect replacement for an old Ikea one and came very securely wrapped and promptly.
