Quick delivery and reasonable prices

Sent an incorrect door seal for my fridge despite giving the serial number during ordering.

In order to get a refund, had to return the item (from UK to Italy), and FixPart refused to cover the return courier costs (which were about 20% of the cost of the item in the first place).

Beware of the claim of "guaranteed fit" (it wasn't), and "money back guarantee" (you won't get all your money back if you have to return something).

Avoid.

They sent the wrong part that was also damaged. They would only give me a refund if I sent it back, which I did at my own cost. Their customer service is atrocious. They send you around and around in circles. I'm still waiting for a full refund almost a month later. Would NEVER order from them again.

Great customer service and quick delivery

First time using the site! Very easy to use.

Needed to source a spare part quickly. Most other providers were offering 3 week lead time. Fix part were able to provide within 3-4 days.

I would give 0*'s if there was an option.

I have wait for a simple part for nearly 8 weeks. In that times I have promised its on the way, was being escalated through suppliers, and twice I have been sent a totally different part!

I have never come across a more inept company, so be warned!

As they cannot seem to be able to provide the part, I have asked for my money back!

Part arrived and wasn’t what was shown on the YouTube video. Asked for a refund and had an email back from Lauren saying they will look into the part if I send the serial number of my fridge freezer. Why do you need that to send me my money back!!

I have ordered freezer door gasket via FixPart. Was promised delivery in 5-10 days. After 3 weeks of waiting started sending emails regarding this order and kept getting automated messages that they are sorry and in contact with supplier etc.
5 weeks in I have sent an email requesting to cancel this order. Got a response that they investigating this matter but completely ignoring my request!
8 WEEKS LATER I have received the part which was completely wrong!!! Once again went on their site and requested return form and haven't heard from them since.
If you value your time, money and health DO NOT use FixPart! I had a worse experience in my life, down more than £70.00 and have a piece of rubber which I don't want.

I haven’t had time to fix the part, so I'm assuming it works. However, it looks absolutely amazing, clean, correct size, it was super well packaged & on time. 👍🏾

Item was not the part needed and it came from France so wasn't quick in arriving

Not UK based. Took a while to be delivered but our build was running behind so that was ok. When we came to open the carbon filter, it wasn’t what we ordered. ‘Lauren’ replied to my email that they were sorry but it was the same, just different packaging, then requested I send the number of my appliance, then that they were checking with the supplier. All pointless and delaying tactics presumably so I’ll get fed up and just keep the useless thing… so if anyone is actually in the UK and has product number 0312284382, I’ll swap you a 0005485299 as apparently they’re the same! Awful customer service. Now 18 days since my first email to them!

On the 17th May 2026 I ordered a replacement handle for my Miele Freezer Model No. FN 12540 S which arrived on Tuesday the 19th May.
The quality of this replacement is extremely poor by comparison to the broken Miele handle.

There were no fitting instructions with the replacement & it was almost impossible to disassemble the new handle in order to fit it. Once fitted the handle was clearly not compatible with that required to open the freezer door effectively.

The spring loaded catch was too short to engage with the freezer cabinet to open the door.

A friend was able to find a solution by cannibalising a part from the broken handle to fix to the cabinet so the door would open when the handle was engaged.

I wrote to FixPart customer services by email attaching pictures of the problems encountered including the Model No. of the freezer & several exchanges of emails later I am sick of going around in circles.

Lauren the girl I have been dealing with is clueless, repeatedly asking for pictures & the model number.

In summary, the FixPart replacement is of extremely poor quality & is not compatible with my freezer even though they say it is. It should not be necessary for the customer to find a solution & throughout this sorry saga the level of customer service has been appalling.

I have asked for the details of the UK CEO to make a formal complaint about the incompetence of Customer Services but they seem reluctant to provide this.

They had the very specific part I needed for my older Samsung vacuum. It was out of stock, but they ordered it for me from overseas, so it did take 30 days to arrive, but at least i was able to get this part. Customer service informed me regularly which was great.
