The whole easy way off ordering and Lauren and Caitlin customer service was brilliant/excellent 👏

The whole easy way off ordering and the engineers were great at there job then I had to make a call about a question I had got chatting to a guy will say nothing about him (wasn't helpful) I rang back later was talking to Caitlin told her my issue she apologise about the previous guy adiduate, this lady was amazing plesent and fantastic at her job said for me to try a few things and she would look into my issue and for me to get back to her which I rang later got through to Lauren another plesent, amazing and fantastic lady, both ladys were a pleasure to chat to couldn't recommend them enough these are the people who any business wants to be hiring 1st class service.

Another thing about fibrus is
It's great to speak to a local person who understands you.

Poor service for vulnerable customers

Fibrus have a completely unreasonable policy of expecting vulnerable customers to get a form signed by a doctor to prove that they are eligible to be on their priority repairs register due to needing access to a method of calling 999 in a power cut. When I pointed out how unreasonable this is, I was told it won’t be changed. No acknowledgement that besides this being a colossal waste of doctors time, it is also impossible to see a doctor for a medical issue, nevermind a broadband issue! They refused to discuss accepting benefits letter, the widely recognised standard proof accepted by every other business I’ve dealt with. After a strongly worded complaint letter, they said they would implement the support I need, no questions asked: on the priority repair register and a 1hour talk time battery back up. But then they didn’t implement any of it. I now have to wait in for a second engineer visit. The router they installed was also already registered to another customer and took a lot of problem solving to work that out and get it resolved (a few hours of my time rebooting, uninstalling, reading help guides etc)

On the plus side: answering the phone was prompt and efficient and installation was smooth. Engineers were lovely and answered my questions

My contract with Fibrus is due to end…

My contract with Fibrus is due to end and I received an email from them outolining the options open to me at the termination of the contract. I was informed that a Fixed Term contract to commence on the date my current contract was due to end would entail no breaks in my connection and I could receive a discount . As I totally pleased with the internet and telephone service provided I was more than happy to accept a Fixed term contract. The lady in customer services that I spoke with was very helpful supplying all the additional information that was not in the email. I would recommend Fibrus to anyone seeking a very efficent internet supplier.

Surprise, surprise!

Fibrus works perfectly.
1. I was surprised that it consists of 3 parts, one being the eero router plus 2 boxes on the wall.
2. They can only be fixed to an outside wall, because there the cable comes in.
3. And there must be 2! sockets.
We found a way of doing it, but it was new to me.
4. The young man said that Fibrus manages the change from my current provider to Fibrus, which was not the case as I found out the next day because I had my doubts, I managed that as well. But, on the whole, it could have gone smoother with a bit more infos.

Great service, great people to deal with!!

Made a call to discuss contract renewal, very happy with all aspects of it. The guy I talked to could not have done better. A quick response to my call, no waiting on hold. Renewing my Fibrus contract

Almost at the end of my original Fibrus 2 year contract and contacted Hannah in Customer Service to find out my options. Really pleased to be offered a continuation of my contract at the same cost for 18 months. Thank you Hannah, I’m more than happy with the current service and pleased that this is one household bill which isn’t going up! Well done Fibrus!!
