Fibre should have been installed late February 2026, installers arrived then informed me they could not continue with work as BT poles were out of date regarding safety inspection, also stated traffic management needed to be in place to carry out connection.
Fibrus then booked another install date for 19th March, up early waiting for installers, 8am nothing, 9am nothing 10am nothing, 10.50 text to say install had been cancelled.
Contacted customer service, very polite and explained local council had refused the traffic management plan that had been requested, another date booked for 7th April with updated traffic management in place(full road closure).
Phoned customer services on April 3rd to check all ok, they confirmed all ok and traffic management had been booked.
April 7th installers arrived at 17.50 to complete work all done and up and running in just over 1hr, No traffic Management in place?
Broadband l must say is very good, install was quick, but l have had to tidy the cable clips a bit removed some bent clips and replaced with new, cover placed over cable that entered our home was loose when l went to check this absolutely no sealant in place where cable entered our home, l have sealed this myself and secured cable cover and sealed around the edges to stop damp.
3 Stars given for late install and poor finishing on the install, broadband speeds excellent.

The two engineers who came were so tidy and all done in a couple of hours.

Told by you I need 150 broadband didn’t work when installed now have pay extra for 500 broadband
No hassle the men were very fast workers and very clean they were outside more than inside my house 👍 the saleman set me up to fibrus and I was to get Amazon voucher for £25 havent received it yet

Piece of hardware wasn’t delivered with the package. Quick chat message, problem solved, refund for the charge and the missing router was in the post. Great service.

The whole easy way off ordering and the engineers were great at there job then I had to make a call about a question I had got chatting to a guy will say nothing about him (wasn't helpful) I rang back later was talking to Caitlin told her my issue she apologise about the previous guy adiduate, this lady was amazing plesent and fantastic at her job said for me to try a few things and she would look into my issue and for me to get back to her which I rang later got through to Lauren another plesent, amazing and fantastic lady, both ladys were a pleasure to chat to couldn't recommend them enough these are the people who any business wants to be hiring 1st class service.
