My system was installed in early March. The Wi-Fi in the main room has always been very satisfactory but elsewhere in the house patchy and frankly unusable for much of the time.
I’ve had many telephone calls to the Customer Service department in Belfast and although people were generally courteous and helpful, the problem was not resolved
Eventually, today I was put through to to Karis O’Neil
She was very quick to grasp the complexity of my problem due to a security system which required an ethernet connection
I was completely delighted by her knowledge and rapid success
She is clearly an exceptional advisor to whom I am very grateful

The customer services are local. Twice I have had issues and they were sorted over the phone.
A lot of Companies could learn from this Customer Services Dept.
Upgrades etc are done via a similar call and there is no pressure to buy the most expensive, their advice is suitable to your needs.

I dealt with Aaron this morning doing a transfer of ownership after my husband passed away. He was very thorough but took his time and talked me through every step. I was worried about losing broadband as direct debit was set up in husbands name but he sent me details to make a payment while everything is being processed. A great help when I have so much to deal with. Thank you Aaron.

Recently had a loss of service, probably caused when work was being done close to the router.
First was very pleased to easily reach an actual person easily, quickly get the issue recognised and a repair date agreed.
Then, get that repair quicker than expected with a call from the engineer saying he was close to the area (note, actually calling and checking rather than just turning up). I wasn’t present got the visit but apparently all went quickly and politely.
After dealing with other companies automated systems it’s nice to just get good customer service from real people who actually recognise and want to solve the issue

All went very smoothly, exactly as scheduled. Installation Engineers were excellent and nothing phased them, got the job done. Speeds perfect, and the Eeros supplied are spot on.

Good service from the workmen who installed and the man who came and talked about it. Only downfall is I’ve had to pay my monthly payment to both fibrus and Plusnet as it was the start of the month so I’ve paid double in internet costs which I’m hoping I will get back from Plusnet but may not and don’t think that is fair the direct debit should start the month later.
