Great broadband

The installation was very quick and the men did a very neat job and cleared up after themselves,I had a problem the next day connecting to extra eeros and rang fibrus the man I spoke with was really helpful and helped me connect them up over the phone , everything is working great now ,and I have much faster broadband than I did with BT

Good fast internet.. but things I would like to see.

Good fast internet, the only thing I can really complain about is trying to pay, would be better if there was an app or something along them lines to make it easier to pay or website able to but your address and security questions so makes paying bills simple.. would be 5 star if had app to pay like your phone bill for example.

Overall good quality for the money

Overall good quality for the money. The internet speeds are lower that 500 as advertised, which is disappointing and there is times it is quite slow! I warn you not trust sales people though! I was promised I would extra eero if I any problems, I have been in contact with sale person. They have made every excuse under the sun! I would probably sales tactics used 1 out of 5. If they can't guarantee, dont promise! I have been waiting a while for reply, there been nothing!

I was disappointed i asked the girl to…

I was disappointed i asked the girl to rang my dads mobile before they come to fit it, as i was in work and the woman didn’t give the man my dads number so i missed my day to get it in, and had to wait another 3-4 days to get another appointment which i had to take off. But the WiFi is very good and £30 not the worse

Great installation service

Initially, the engineers informed me that they could not locate the router where I wanted it. However, after some discussion, they agreed to try and bring the fibre cable in via the existing ducting which necessitated some drilling through very hard concrete. Their perseverance paid off. Great job by the two guys.

Early days but good so far

Installation was completed despite a few difficulties with the supply cabling.
After one day is working well and main advantage is that it is over £10 per month cheaper than my previous supplier.
