Excellent customer service
Emma was so helpful when I contacted her for help after my suitcase was damaged by baggage handlers. A replacement wheel was sent out the same day and I was able to fit it myself easily. 10 out of 10 for after sales care - thank you !

Easy return process
Bought a pair of suitcases that were lovely quality but not the style that I like sadly.
Delivery was smooth and all went well, and returns process was straightforward and the team were super helpful and friendly.
Only negative is that returns are not free and due to the size of the package sending it back insured cost nearly £20!

Fenella Smith make the most beautiful quality pieces. I have received such good customer service from them following an accidental breakage of my dog treats jar, and me trying to find a replacement. They helped me find a replacement and to cut a long story short I ended up with a new jar and 4 matching mugs which I love. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their Guide Dog range is stunning and supports the charity too. Thank you Fenella Smith and Emma & Phoebe who looked after me xxx K Chapman

Incredible customer experience with Emma.
I’ve just had a wonderful customer experience with Emma. She was incredibly helpful when I had an issue with a damaged suitcase wheel on a recent Ryanair flight caused by the baggage handlers.
She went above and beyond and I now have a fully working repaired suitcase again.

Excellent customer service
I was gifted the beautiful green Luca laptop bag, for which I receive many compliments! However, over a year after I got the bag, one of the studs came off the handle. I contacted the company to see if they could help, and the customer service from Emma and Phoebe was excellent. They were prompt, kind and helpful, sending me replacement studs so I can have the bag repaired. I would definitely buy from the company again.

I bought a medium size Fenella Smith Cordoba case in TK Maxx last year and it has held up well on a couple of trips abroad. My husband needed a new case and we wanted to get an exact matching case in a large size so really pleased to find one available on Fenella Smith site. Fast reliable delivery & all in good order. (Deducted a star as even with site offer price it cost around £40 more than if I had found one available & discounted in TK Maxx).
