Honestly incredible. I sadly lost a wheel in transit and the customer service team are having one shipped out to me immediately just after I sent a few photos. Wow, super happy. Very friendly team. Also stunning cases, and I have used them a lot, they are normally super sturdy, excellent locks, beautiful lining. It’s nice that they feel secure AND I get to travel in style. So happy that the team behind them have been incredible too. Love love love xxx

The strap on my laptop bag broke - I emailed asking to purchase a replacement. I got a very quick reply to my email and was offered a replacement free of charge.

The service is so fast and so professional. I received my case within 2 days and I was so impressed with the packaging and presentation. By far my favourite suitcase I've ever owned!

I contacted customers services to see if I could purchase a replacement wheel for one our suitcases broken on a recent overseas trip.

She asked for model number etc which I didn't have but supplied photos of the said case and Emma said she would send us a replacement wheel free of charge.

I was lucky enough to be bought this bag for Christmas.
Having just returned from a 3 month cruise, the bag was invaluable while on board. It is large enough to hold a laptop, swimming towel and book.
I especial like the large inside zip pocket where I could keep small valuables out of sight.
The studs on the bottom of the bag make it sit off the ground and therefore not getting the bottom dirty.
I look forward to using it on future trips.

Enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Sri Lanka only slightly marred by the lack of one wheel on our luggage, on arrival in Colombo, courtesy of the airlines baggage handlers.
On our return we contacted Fenella Smith to see if we could purchase a replacement.
Excellent customer service from Emma from the get go meant we received two replacement wheels within days, free of charge.
Suitably impressed we’re now looking forward to our next trip with a fully mobile suitcase.
