The property was let within a day of it being advertised, and they are meticulous in ensuring the tenants are suitable with regular updates on the progress provided throughout the process. I contracted with Fair2Landlords two years ago. The duration of the contract was for 4 years with a fixed fair guaranteed rent. Since then the property has been continuously let. Their service has been first class. I have been kept informed and received payments regularly and on time.
I wished to put my house up for sale recently and Fair2Landlords kindly agreed to relieve me from my binding contract without any penalties.
